AnnaLynne McCord stars with Mario Lopez in the Lifetime movie ‘Feliz NaviDAD.’ HL spoke EXCLUSIVELY with with her about why she loves ‘wonderful’ holiday films after being a ‘Christmas romance movie hater.’

Feliz NaviDAD is the latest holiday film from Lifetime’s It’s A Wonderful Lifetime lineup. The movie premieres Nov. 21 at 8 p.m. The film follows David (Mario Lopez), a high school principal whose daughter (Paulina Chavez) is ready for him to up his dating game. He meets Sophie (AnnaLynne McCord), and there’s an immediate connection between them.

HollywoodLife talked EXCLUSIVELY with AnnaLynne ahead of the movie’s premiere about her latest holiday romance. She teased Sophie and David’s love story and revealed what it was like filming amid the COVID-19 pandemic. AnnaLynne admitted that she loves doing holiday films because of her mother and confessed she used to be a “Christmas movie romance hater,” but now she loves them. Read our Q&A below.

Tell me a little bit about your role in Feliz NaviDAD and working with Mario Lopez.
AnnaLynne McCord: First, I really have to say hats off to Lifetime for just really going the distance as far as inclusion and creating just an incredible spread of diversity and not these kinds of stereotypical stories you’ve seen in the past. They really just take the love stories of the season and give them different backgrounds and different orientations. I think they did such an incredible job. So I have to say that first and foremost. Secondly, doing Feliz NaviDAD was amazing, because this is literally my mom’s favorite song ever. The reason I do Christmas films is because of my mother. Working with Mario Lopez…I had kind of a conservative upbringing, so I was allowed to watch Little House on the Prairie. It was so funny because my sisters and I would see the credits for Saved by the Bell rolling into Little House on the Prairie. We weren’t allowed to watch Saved by the Bell. But all of my girlfriends my age were. I feel like they did such a good job with Feliz NaviDAD to tell just a really funny, charming story of this dad who clearly loved his wife and experienced loss, and the holidays are always a hard time for that. I think people will relate to that, especially this year. His daughter is trying to get him back out there and get him into the 21st century on a dating app, and then we upon each other. It’s just a fun rom-com that’s set in the holidays.

What can you tease about Sophie and David’s relationship? What draws them to each other?
AnnaLynne McCord: The really fun dichotomy between them is that he’s very uncertain about this whole new dating thing. She doesn’t live in the town that he lives in, so they kind of hit it off in this joking way with each other that they’re going to practice dating with each other. They’re not taking the relationship seriously, which is what I thought was really charming about the storyline. It was very unique. It wasn’t an overt romance. It was kind of like they were both saying that this was never going to work out. It’s a holiday film, so you can imagine how it might end, but there’s a really great dynamic where they’re not wanting to fall in love with each other and life happens, as it always does.

David does have a daughter. What is Sophie’s relationship like with Noel?
AnnaLynne McCord: It’s really cute. I love this because I have some stepkids of my own. You never know how it’s going to work out. Are they going to like me? I’m very lucky to have beautiful relationships with all four of my stepkids. Noel is so focused on her dad’s happiness. She wants to see her father’s smile, and she sees this connection building between Sophie and David. She picks up on it before he does, so she kind of builds a relationship with Sophie outside of that. There is a really sweet connection. They both share an interest in music, and Sophie becomes a part of Noel’s school program. They kind of have their own little connection.

Mario Lopez and Paulina Chavez star in ‘Feliz NaviDAD’ as well. (Lifetime)

What do you love about doing holiday films?
AnnaLynne McCord: Literally, the first answer is I do it for my mom. I do it for my mom, first and foremost. But after that, after doing a couple of them, I’ll be very honest with you. I was a Christmas romance movie hater because I used to be super jaded. Love was not my thing. Once I figured out my anger issues, I now feel like these are the most wonderful films. As an actor, you want to make people feel something. You want to make people smile. You want to bring joy into their lives, especially this year. We were like one of the first films from DGA following COVID, one of the first ones allowed to film. We’d been in lockdown for the last three and a half months, and to see Santa Claus and Christmas trees, it made us happy to be a part of this. We knew that we were going to hurry as fast as we could because we were three months behind on filming to get this film out and the other films that Melissa Joan Hart was directing with Lifetime so that people could have some sense of normalcy this holiday season with their films that they expect to see with Lifetime for Christmas. So honestly, specifically this year, it was just meaningful to do something that I feel like will mean something in the homes of so many people who have gone through so much in 2020.

What was it like on set being one of the first productions back after the COVID shutdowns?
AnnaLynne McCord: It was very tricky. There was definitely a mixed situation where we really wanted to tell this beautiful story, but the story had this massive festival with a whole bunch of people. We had to change things around because it was written for a pre-COVID era, and we were smack dab in the middle of it. There were adjustments that had to be made. On the set, our medic was from the Medical Board of Nevada. The governor came to visit set. We had the unions come visit the set. Everyone was watching us like a hawk. The governor actually said, “If things don’t go well with this film, we’re not opening up the two other projects.” We really were navigating this whole unprecedented issue for the first time. I think that we had our moments where production got shut down. Things had to be reassessed and thankfully didn’t last very long. We were able to get back on track, but there was definitely a dichotomy of really knowing on the one side that we are technically nonessential and knowing on the other side that we have to do everything we can to make this process go smoothly. Because art is essential. In a time like this, we really do add value to people’s lives when they can sit down with their families, the families that they’re allowed to see in this period and do something that they’re used to doing every year to make them feel that not everything in the world has changed.

Halsey took to Instagram to share a gorgeous up-close and personal selfie that showed off her new eye-catching neon pink hair, matching sparkly makeup, and impressively designed nails.

Halsey, 26, is giving us major Pink vibes with her latest social media pic! The singer posted a brand new selfie to Instagram on Nov. 20 and in it, she is posing with her hand on her cheek while flaunting neon pink hair, just like the 41-year-old “Just Like a Pill” crooner used to have, and long colorful designed nails that included a yin and yang symbol. She is also wearing pink sparkly eyeshadow and pink lipstick in the close-up snapshot as she sits in what appears to be a car while earing a light purple top.

“nope,” she captioned the post, in the typical discreet fashion she’s known for. Once she shared the incredible photo, her fans were quick to reply with comments that were mostly positive. “You’re so stunning,” one comment read while another called her a “beautiful angel.”

Before her latest pink buzzcut hairstyle, Halsey showed off a neon green and blue color in photos she posted just a couple of weeks ago. Like Pink, who can be seen rocking her own pink locks in the pic below, she’s known for often sporting different hairstyles and colors whenever the mood strikes her and she always manages to pull off each look with amazing class!

The talented artist shocked fans when she took on the “Girl Don’t Do It It’s Not Worth It” challenge on TikTok by shaving off her long hair last month. It seemed to be her most dramatic hair change to date, but she definitely took it on with confidence and beauty in the natural way she always knows how to! Before the surprise shaved look, Halsey showed off long braids while posing in pics from Sedona, Arizona in August and looked equally as cool.

We look forward to seeing more surprise hairstyles from Halsey in the future! Whether she’s walking around with long, curly strands at an event, or giving the camera her most fierce facial expression while embracing a pixie cut during a casual day out, this lady is one awesome trendsetter!

Cameron Diaz has revealed that her young daughter has never eaten puree like most babies, and has a very mature palette.

At 11 months old, Cameron Diaz‘s daughter Raddix has a very advanced palette. The actress, 48, opened up on The Rachael Ray Show during a rare interview, almost one year after welcoming her little bundle of joy. “The first four months, I cooked every single meal,” she said. “And then we slowly started going, ‘Well, maybe we’ll order a lunch. Maybe we’ll order a dinner.’ But for the most part, I’m cooking all the meals,” she explained in a sneak peek for the November 23 episode.

“I love to cook. It’s my love language,” she added. “I love to cook for my husband, I love to cook for my child now. Being able to make the food for her has been incredible.” However, the Shrek actress doesn’t always stick to traditional baby foods, and Rachael Ray chimed in to commend the A-lister for experimenting with ingredients. “You can really strengthen her palette,” the TV host said. “I hate it when people dumb down kids food.”

“No no no no no. She’s never had a puree. She never got anything pureed,” Cameron replied. “She’s had garlic from day one, you know?” The Holiday star also revealed that Raddix loves fresh herbs and even bone broth! “I put herbs in everything. Thyme and dill, sage, everything. She just loves all of it.”

More than five years after she left acting to build a new life with husband Benji Madden, she became a first-time mom at the age of 47. “I never say never to anything, first off, but I feel really resolved. I haven’t made a movie since like…2013, 2014. It’s been a long time, and girl, I’m okay with that! There’s no part of me that’s like…I gotta get back in front of the camera, I gotta go act! I don’t feel that way. That’s not to say I won’t some day, but I’m really resolved where I’m at right now,” she told Naomi Campbell on her YouTube show, No Filter With Naomi, on Oct. 27.

Erika Jayne was spotted looking stylish while enjoying a night out with friends at a restaurant in Santa Monica, CA, just a few weeks after filing for divorce from her husband of almost 21 years, Tom Girardi.

It looks like Erika Jayne, 49, is happily embracing the single life now that she officially filed for divorce from her husband Tom Girardi, 81, on Nov. 3. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was seen going to dinner with friends at the Italian restaurant, Fia, in Santa Monica, CA on Nov. 19 in her first outing since news of her split from Tom made headlines. She was dressed to impress in a brown and black Fendi jacket that’s being sold for $12,200.00 on the popular brand’s website along with a black fitted knee-length skirt and black knee-high boots.

The gorgeous reality star also had her long blonde wavy locks down and parted in the middle during the outing and accessorized with silver hoop earrings. She smiled to nearby photographers as she walked with confidence and looked content and relaxed. She also showed off a flattering makeup look that included pink lipstick and matching eyeshadow.

Erika’s outing comes after she released a statement when announcing her split from Tom earlier this month. “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi,” she said in the statement to E! News. “This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together.”

“It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved,” she continued while adding, “I request others give us that privacy as well.”

Erika and Tom first met each other back in 1999 at Chasen’s in West Hollywood, where she was serving cocktails at the time. After they hit it off, they became engaged six months later and although they have received criticism over the years due to their 33-year age gap, Erika has defended her love for her now ex in interviews and on RHOBH. “The younger women that marries the wealthier, older man. I’m tired of having to justify my 20-year marriage. Go get a 20-year marriage and then come f—king talk to me,” she said in a RHOBH confessional in Apr.

Before Tom, Erika was married to Thomas Zizzo, with whom she shares 26-year-old son Tommy Zizzo.

Tristan Thompson is ‘looking to leave’ the Cleveland Cavaliers, a source tells HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY — suggesting he could be looking at a California-based team.

Tristan Thompson, 29, is “looking to be closer” to his ex Khloe Kardashian, 36, and their daughter True Thompson, 2. The NBA star has been playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers since his rookie year in 2011, but is courting another team as he looks to make a change. “As much as money is important, and Cleveland can give him the most, he is looking to be closer to LA so he can be closer to True and Khloe,” an insider close to the Canadian athlete spills to HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “Who he signs with at the end of the day will be based on the discussions that he already has had with Khloe and what is right for both of them,” they explained.

Several teams have expressed interest in Tristan, including the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers — which would base him in Los Angeles permanently — as well as San Francisco’s Golden State Warriors. “The Los Angeles Clippers and Lakers are considering bringing him in…Earlier this week the Golden State Warriors had interest but that may have waned since they are dealing with injuries to some of their main players and are looking to see if they must spend their money elsewhere,” the source revealed.

There is still a possibility that Tristan could remain back east, and even back in his hometown of Toronto, Ontario. “The Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors have put out their feelers as well,” they insider added, noting that news of Tristan’s move will be fairly soon. “Unless Cleveland brings the brinks truck out for Tristan he is looking to leave the team and will sign with another team before Thanksgiving,” they said. “His agents are going to be working overtime this weekend to get him the best deal but the likelihood of him signing with a new team is in the forefront to happen in the next couple days and likely happen no later than Tuesday.”

While Khloe and Tristan aren’t officially back together, the couple actively co-parent 2-year-old True. During quarantine, Tristan was on-hand for True’s birthday at Khloe’s house in April, and appeared to be staying with the Good American founder in her recently-sold Calabasas home. When she contracted COVID-19, Tristan was even on hand to take care of her (from a distance) and True — but the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed in a recent episode that the pair had not slept together.

“For almost a year now, you’ve been a different person,” Khloe said directly to Tristan in the KUWTK finale. “It frustrates me because I’m like…why now? Why are you the man I dreamed of currently? Why couldn’t you be that when we were together? One of my fears is you’re going to keep acting like this until you get what you want, and when you do, you’re going to turn into the old Tristan again,” she went on, prompting Tristan to put his cards out on the table. “I’ve grown to a point where I know what I want you in my life,” he revealed. “Obviously we’re always going to be in each other’s lives because we have [our daughter], but I want more than that.”

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom are the friendliest of exes. The model is thrilled that the actor is with Katy Perry, as Miranda says the singer makes her former husband ‘so happy.’

It takes a lot for a couple to realize their marriage wasn’t meant to be and that they later found the right person for them. That’s what happened for stunning model Miranda Kerr, 37, and her ex-husband Orlando Bloom, 43. The former couple share a nine-year-old son Flynn, and Miranda says that Orlando being so happy with fiancee Katy Perry, 36, helps make him a better dad to their son.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show on Nov. 20, where the host called Miranda “rad” for how she and Orlando deal with their blended families. “I adore Katy and I just feel so happy that Orlando has found someone who makes his heart so happy. Because at the end of the day, for Flynn to have a happy mother and a happy father, it’s just the most important thing,” Miranda admitted.

Orlando and Miranda wed in 2010 and split three years later. She met Snapchat’s billionaire CEO Evan Spiegel, 30, at a Louis Vuitton party in 2015, and the couple became engaged the following year. The lovebirds tied the knot on May 27, 2017 in an intimate wedding in the backyard of their $16 million Brentwood home. In 2018, Miranda and Evan welcomed their son Hart, and the following year she gave birth to his little brother Myles. Katy and Orlando met at a Golden Globes party in 2016 and became engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019.

“I’m just so grateful that Orlando and Katy found each other and I’m so grateful I found my incredible husband and just that we all really respect each other,” Miranda explained. “And when it comes to special occasions, when we have to be together, we work it out so we have compromises that we work out together for like, what is the best for our whole family.”

“But we really do always think of what is the best thing for Flynn, and I just think that that’s the most important thing at the end of the day,” she revealed. Flynn now has two little brothers with his mom, and a baby sister with his dad and Katy, after the “Only Love” singer gave birth to daughter Daisy Dove Bloom on Aug. 26, 2020.

The actress who originally played Aunt Viv on ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ reveals what it feels like to finally end her bitter war of words with her TV nephew.

For nearly three decades Janet Hubert, 64, has been trying to salvage her reputation. Now, after HBO Max premiered its Fresh Prince of Bel-Air reunion special, she feels like a wrongfully convicted murderer who has finally succeeded in convincing the world that she’s innocent. Since it started streaming on Nov. 19, fans have watched as Janet hugged and shed tears with her former on-screen nephew, Will Smith, finally putting to bed a lengthy, bitter feud.

“People keep asking, ‘How do you feel?’” Janet says. “And I [say], ‘Like a person who’s been in prison for 27 years, who knew they didn’t rob the bank; who knew they didn’t kill or murder that person and everybody has accused you.’”

Will Smith and Janet Hubert delighted fans by reconciling on HBO Max’s ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ reunion special. (AP/Splash News)

It gets better. Not only does Janet feel a sense of peace, the reconciliation that she and Will, 52, had in front of the camera wasn’t just for show. Since they reconnected back in September the actress says they’ve remained in contact.

“Will and I have been corresponding and texting back and forth. It’s just wonderful to have this weight, this albatross from around my neck that was only put there by the media, the cast, talk show hosts,” she tells HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY.

Janet has good reason to be upset, to “despise fame.” When The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air burst on to the scene in 1990 it was a huge hit. While it turned a young rapper from Philly into a bankable, Oscar-nominated Hollywood star, it brought Janet – an acclaimed Broadway actress – worldwide exposure and legions of fans. As Will’s on-screen Aunt Viv, she was poised and elegant, boasted a perfect bone structure, quick wit and a sharp tongue. She didn’t suffer fools and could slay her enemies with a cold glare.

But she was fun too. The fictional college professor who lived in Bel-Air with her lawyer husband and their three children, could get down with the best of them and was willing to whip off her earrings to fight if she had to.

Then, she was gone. From Season 4 onwards, actress Daphne Maxwell Reid took on the role. “The misconception of me was that I was haughty, difficult, wanted to be the star of the show,” Janet said on the reunion special. That bad reputation haunted her and she lost everything, including her home.

The truth, Janet says, was far different. In reality, she said on the HBO Max reunion, she’d only been offered a 10-week contract that prohibited her from working for anyone else. It was a deal that she couldn’t afford to take. She also said that she was “banished” to her dressing room between takes because she didn’t laugh at Will’s jokes. For his part, on the reunion special he seemed stunned to find out that, pregnant and in an unhappy marriage, she was facing her own challenges. Laughing and joking on set was not at the forefront of her mind.

When Janet Hubert left the show, Daphne Maxwell Reid (right) took on the role of Aunt Viv. (NBC Studios/The Everett Collection)

But the myth of Janet being difficult to work with persisted until very recently and it was this that partly prompted her to set the wheels in motion that led to the reconciliation. During an August 2020 interview on the Hip Hop Uncensored podcast, Joseph Marcell (who played Geoffrey, the British butler on the show) said that, while he “respected” Janet, she struggled to accept that Will was the sitcom’s star. “I feel that perhaps Janet was not able to deal with that,” he said.

“[That] really put me in hell,” Janet says of the interview, “and I was trying to understand why he did it.” Around the same time she found out about the HBO Max special. She wrote to the network and to Red Table Talk, the Facebook Watch show that Will’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith, daughter Willow and mother-in-law Adrienne Banfield-Norris co-host. The actress had a challenge.

“I said, ‘Either you sit down with me and the cast sit down with me and we clear this, because only you and I, Will, know what really happened… or shut up for the rest of your life about it because I’m tired of it and I’m not going to serve…another 30-year sentence for something that I did not do.’”

To her surprise Will and his team actually wanted her on the reunion special. Within a day of getting that information Janet was on a plane from her home in New Jersey to film the reunion in Los Angeles.

Janet tweeted about the reunion show after it premiered on HBO Max on Nov. 19. (Twitter)

Looking back on their feud Janet believes that “a lot of misunderstanding” was created by she and Will not “being able to sit down and talk honestly.” “Power can really make you, sometimes close your ears,” she says. “All one thinks about when one has power over everyone’s life is maybe themselves. And he owned that and I respect that, highly.”

In a bittersweet twist the reunion that was 27 years in the making could have happened back in 2009 when Janet says she reached out to Will to make peace. It was a message he said was not passed on to him. This year, however, the time was right.

“He’s a different person and I’m a different person and I want healing,” Janet says. “It’s 2020 and after the evils of President Donald Trump, four years of that, and COVID, I don’t want this ugly in my life anymore.” Or, as she put it at the end of a Nov. 19 tweet after the show premiered, “Life is too short.”

During a virtual audition, an anonymous director insulted Lukas Gage’s ‘tiny’ apartment — without knowing the mic was unmuted! Many stars were appalled.

This may just be one of the most awkward auditions ever — to have been recorded, at least. Lukas Gage, known for playing Tyler on Euphoria, was getting ready to audition for a new role for an anonymous director over Zoom, when said director started insulting Lukas’s apartment in the background. Unfortunately, the director’s mic wasn’t muted.

“These poor people live in these tiny apartments, like I’m looking at his…you know, background, and he’s got his TV,” the director started telling another person behind the screen. Tyler didn’t let the director carry on with his shade much longer, though. “Oof. Yeah…I know it’s a sh–ty apartment. That’s why give me this job so I can get a better one,” the 25-year-old actor quipped. “All right, ready?”

A long, awkward silence ensued, until the director caught on to the social faux pas. “Oh my god, I am so, so sorry, Lukas,” the director gushed, but Lukas went on with his joke: “Listen, I’m living in a 4×4 box. It’s fine. Just give me the job, and we’ll be fine.”

I can only imagine how bad this director’s movies are. https://t.co/jmigfyr4lc

— Charlie McDowell (@charliemcdowell) November 21, 2020

This earned a laugh from the director’s associate offscreen, while the director added, “I’m mortified.” Although Lukas appeared to find the “tiny” apartment comment funny at the time, he did share a warning for all casting directors. Lukas posted a recording of the audition to Twitter on Nov. 20, and wrote, “psa if youre a sh-t talking director make sure to mute ur sh-t on zoom mtgings.” It’s clear that Lukas didn’t take the director’s diss that lightly, because he also retweeted a comment from director Charlie McDowell — who recently became engaged to Lily Collins — that read, “I can only imagine how bad this director’s movies are.”

Lukas’s Euphoria co-stars also chimed in, like Barbie Ferreira who wrote, “YOU POSTED IT DJFJJFJR,” and Maude Apatow who commented, “Lukas I can’t.” But Shameless star Emmy Rossum had the most attention-grabbing comment out of the many stars who reacted: “I think I know that voice. If it’s who I’m thinking, he asked me to ‘audition’ for him once. But not to read a scene. He said he knew I could act. Just to come into his office in a bikini and do a twirl. No joke. THAT was the ask. My reps said he wanted to know if I was ‘fat right now’. I believe I told my agent, ‘Tell him no thank you and to go fuck himself’.”

Lukas was featured on four episodes in Season 1 of Euphoria, and his character is at the center of a scandal between Nate, Maddy and Jules that [SPOILER] leads to his arrest. Filming for Season 2 of the HBO teen drama was pushed back due to the coronavirus pandemic, and is now projected to resume in “early 2021,” which HBO president Casey Bloys told our sister site Deadline. However, two specials were filmed amid the pandemic, one of them being a Christmas special that’ll premiere on Dec. 6 — learn more details, here.

Kailyn Lowry has four children, but isn’t going to be spending Christmas with any of her sons. She just revealed the sad reason why she’ll be alone on the holiday.

It isn’t going to be a very festive Christmas at Kailyn Lowrys house, as her four sons won’t be waking up and spending the holiday together at home. Instead her boys are going to spend the day with their respective fathers, because it just became too much for the Teen Mom 2 star to coordinate her holiday plans with her exes and their families. She revealed the “sad” situation on the latest episode of her Coffee Convos podcast on Nov. 20. She begins speaking about the situation around the 13 minute mark below:

Her co-host Lindsie Chrisley asked the 28-year-old if her sons were going to do a gift exchange and the mom of four revealed, “We’re not doing anything. Like, I’m just not gonna have them. So, they don’t have to, like, get each other stuff….I might ask them, ‘Do they want to get each other anything for Christmas?’ And if they say yes, then I would just obviously facilitate that.”

Kail then explained, “They’re going to be with their dads until the end of Christmas day, so I feel like maybe then it would be over. But then it might be nice for them to get each other something, so we’ll see.” That means her 10-year-old son Isaac will be with his dad Jo Rivera, seven year-old son Lincoln will be with Kail’s ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and ex Chris Lopez will have Kailyn’s two youngest boys, Lux, 3, and four-month-old Creed.

It isn’t going to be a new situation, as Kailyn spent last Christmas alone as well. “I don’t think last year we did anything last year at all….As a matter of fact, I know nothing happened last year on Christmas. I know that because I was by myself almost the entire day,” she said. “So, yeah, we didn’t do anything. And then once I got the kids back, I got the kids back and we just went on about our lives.”

Lindsie told Kail that she would be “devastated” by that kind of situation. “It is kind of sad, and I get that. I definitely get that,” Kailyn admitted. “I just feel like it’s a lot. And the amount of money that I was spending on, like, Christmas gifts and then I was only getting them for half the day and then I had to share. I don’t get to go to my family because my family, Jo’s family and Javi’s family are all in different areas and then when we added Chris to the mix. It was just like there was just so much going on that I was never going to have three happy dad situations.”

“And then it was stressing me out to, like, have one back by 4 o’clock, one back by 7 o’clock,” Kail explained. “And even though the custody orders say the same thing, it was almost, like, okay that’s a default. So, we tried to agree on, like, other things that would work and I just couldn’t make it work to the point that like, everyone was actually happy about it.”

Kailyn has primary custody of her four sons and makes sure that they get together with her relatives on special occasions outside of the holidays. “I see my family, like, twice maybe three times a year,” she explained. “And so, it just didn’t make sense for me to, like, do this. And then they have families. Like my family has their, you know, significant others’ families or whatever. So, to me, I’d rather just set up two times in the summertime or something else with my family and then go from there. Like, Christmas is just…I just can’t.”

While Kail admitted that Christmas is “so canceled,” she said “I’m super excited for Thanksgiving though,” as she’s going on a trip with her four sons. “I’m going to Texas to see my best friend and her kids, and my kids are super pumped,” Kailyn shared. “So, we’re gonna be there for the week and that I’m very excited about — but not even because of the holiday. Like, I’m just excited to see my friend.” Well, that should at least partially make up for being alone on Christmas.

Katy Perry performed a medley of hits for the Tmall Double 11 Gala, which kicked off a global shopping festival! With long blonde waves and vintage glam, Katy’s performance look had many fans mistaking her for Adele.

Katy Perry, 36, had fans thinking they were actually watching Adele, 32, perform at the virtual Tmall Double 11 Gala! The event, sponsored by the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, kicked off Alibaba’s annual shopping festival known as “Double 11” that falls on Nov. 11. Nine days later, Katy shared a portrait and video of herself from the performance — and many fans thought they were looking at Adele.

“Is that Adele??,” one fan asked in Katy’s comments section, sparking a whole thread of comments to agree. “I thought this was Adele too!,” a fan wrote in response, with another commenting, “thought I am the only one who thinks that way. What happened to her? Her style looks more like Adele now.”

Katy was wearing her hair in long, strawberry blonde waves, similar to Adele’s own hairstyle. Fans have been accustomed to seeing Katy’s hair resting above her shoulders in a bright platinum shade, so this hair switch-up certainly increased the resemblance between Katy and Adele.

Katy and Adele share another thing in common: a strong strange presence! While wearing an iridescent, holographic dress, Katy looked like she was literally performing in space (with the aid of graphic stage effects) while performing a medley of her songs “Roar,” “Never Really Over” and a new song, “Not The End Of The World.”

“Never Really Over” and “Not The End Of The World” are both from Katy’s new album, Smile, which she dropped in Aug. 2020. The album was released just two days after the pop star welcomed her first child with fiancé Orlando Bloom! It’s been a busy time for Katy, and Adele can say the same thing. Adele kicked off 2020 with a trip to Anguilla with Harry Styles (and other friends), and broke the Internet with a full-body photo of herself revealing her fitness transformation in May of 2020. She even hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live in October! Katy and Adele are both rocking the world — no wonder people are confusing the two.

Dwyane Wade is grateful for boxing legend Mike Tyson’s support for his daughter Zaya, especially after rapper Boosie Badazz made transphobic comments about her.

Dwyane Wade received so much praise and support when he opened up about his 13-year-old’s gender identity during a Feb. 11, 2020 episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. He revealed that his daughter Zaya goes by she/her pronouns and no longer is called her birth name, Zion. Despite Dwyane’s unconditional love and support towards his daughter’s decision, there were haters, including rapper Boosie Badazz, who made transphobic comments. After legendary boxer Mike Tyson, 54, confronted Boosie about his statements, D-Wade is thankful that Iron Mike called out the rapper.

“I actually talked to Mike about that early in the pandemic,” the 38-year-old retired NBA superstar revealed on the Nov. 20 episode of Central Ave. “We had a conversation. I appreciated it from a standpoint of, you know, Mike is someone who has never tried to be perfect. He is someone who has learned from this journey of life. He’s one of the people who is so smart. He is so educated and knowledgeable about life, For him to be able to drop that nugget on the world, to me, it was great to hear him say that,” Dwyane revealed when it came to Mike confronting Boosie.

The 38-year-old Baton Rouge rapper went on a transphobic Instagram rant on Feb. 18 after Dwyane’s announcement about his transgender daughter. “Dwyane Wade you’ve gone too f**king far,” he began, saying that Zaya was too young to even know “what their next meal is going to be.” “That is a male. A 12-year-old. They don’t have sh-t figured out yet,” Boosie blasted. He told  Dwyane, “Like, bruh, for real, if he gonna be gay, let him be gay. Don’t dress him as a woman, dawg. He’s 12 years old. He’s not up there yet. He hasn’t made his final decisions yet.”

Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike took Boosie to task for his comments during an Oct. 23 episode of his podcast, Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson. “How do you feel about other people’s feelings? You offend a lot of people when you talk about gay motherf**kers” and several homophobic slurs. “A lot of times I need the shut the f**k up,” Boosie admitted and Mike sternly asked, “Why don’t you?” as the rapper claimed it would be “hard.” You can watch Mike take Boosie to school starting at the 3:55 mark:

Mike then asked, “Why do you say things about a person who might be a homosexual? Do you think there’s a possibility you might be a homosexual and if you disrespect them it furthers yourself from being a homosexual? You may like homosexuals.”  Boosie said he was “straight as an arrow,” and then Mike asked him “if you’re straight then why do you offend people?”

Boosie replied, “I really commented on the Dwyane Wade situation because I got offended because it’s a child. That’s really why I got offended,” and added if it had been and 18 or 19-year-old he probably wouldn’t have said anything. “I just felt like at 12, a child can’t make that decision. That’s just how I feel.” Mike then said even though he felt the same way, “Who the f**k am I to say anything. What I think don’t mean a motherf**king thing.” Mike then asked, “Who the f**k are we to make a comment about somebody’s life? Who are you?” Boosie then replied “I said it and I stand on what I say.” Well, at least Mike went there with Boosie and tried to reason with him that it’s not his place to openly call out someone else’s life decisions like that.
