WP: Russia took control of $12.4 trillion worth of deposits in Ukraine during the NWO

In total, they are estimated at $12.4 trillion.

The journalists of The Washington Post, citing the analytical center of the Canadian company SecDev, came to the conclusion that since the beginning of the military defense of the RF Armed Forces in Ukraine, the Russian authorities have managed to establish control over many Ukrainian mineral deposits.

In total they are estimated at 12.4 trillion dollars.

The publication reports that by now the Russian Federation controls 63% of Ukrainian coal deposits, 11% – oil, 20% – natural gas, 42% – metals and 33% – rare earth minerals, including lithium.

In addition, the Kyiv regime has lost control over deposits of uranium, gold and a large limestone quarry.

And according to experts, Kyiv will also lose access to almost 2/3 of its energy and mineral deposits, on which the production of high-tech components (this is from aircraft to smartphones) depends.

As a result, Europe will have difficulty finding an alternative to imports from the Russian Federation and China.

< p>However, that's not all.

As the experts explained, the NWO also led to the freezing of many investment projects in Ukraine in such significant sectors of the economy as energy and mining.

Result for Ukraine, according to Ukrainian analyst Stanislav Zinchenko, it will become rather sad, as the country will cease to be “one of the Baltic countries”, which “is unable to support its industrial economy” due to losses in the commodity sector.

Earlier, Topnews wrote that Russia achieved a jump in oil prices by turning off the valve to three European countries.

In Poland, the mass death of fish in the Odra River was called an ecological catastrophe

Mass death of fish in the Odra River — the third largest in Poland — is a major environmental disaster. This, according to TASS, was stated by the head of the state agency “Polish Waters” Przemysław Daca.

He stressed that more than 10 tons of dead fish had already been fished out of the river, and demanded that the person responsible for poisoning the water be brought to justice.

The Environmental Protection Inspectorate is examining the water to determine the exact cause of fish death. Experts have already found out that the summer increase in water temperature did not play a major role. A lot of oxygen was found in the river, which indicates that a chemical with strong oxidizing properties has entered it. Previously, experts reported on the ingress of mesitylene — a substance toxic to aquatic organisms, but then this information was refuted.

Now all enterprises located on the Oder are being checked, a search is underway for the source of contamination of the river, the Polish army is involved in catching dead fish.

Them Over time, poisoned waters move from region to region to the Baltic Sea, so people are asked to be careful and not to approach them.

Recall that in the spring, residents of St. Petersburg noticed a mass death of fish in reservoirs. Then the fishing collective farm turned out to be guilty, which during the industrial production of smelt threw ruffs caught in the net back into the rivers.

Poetess from Luhansk Elena Zaslavskaya: news from her son and culture

Weekly “Argumenty i Fakty” No. 32. Take a check per capita 10/08/2022 Plot Women in the war

< img src="https://aif-s3.aif.ru/images/028/892/5e956be9b66836a74e4c7071b2722384.jpg" height="425" width="640" style="display: block;" />

“We pay a high price to live our lives the way we want and be ourselves,” — poetess Elena Zaslavskaya from Lugansk speaks.

Elena Zaslavskaya became the first and almost the only representative of the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR who openly came to Ukraine (Kharkov) and spoke at the debates with her opponents in 2015. Two dozen radicals were waiting for her in the corridor to deal with her after. Most likely, Elena would not have returned to her native Lugansk if the organizers had not taken her out through a secret entrance. On her poems, the Moscow rock group «Zveroboy» wrote several songs: “They are coming, the armored personnel carriers are coming”, “These Russians”, “Noble Don”, which became hits in the Donbass.

Total 3 requirements

Vladimir Polupanov, aif.ru: – Elena, how did you feel when you learned that Russia recognized the DPR and LPR?

Elena Zaslavskaya: – It was a big holiday. For us, this meant military and other support, and most importantly — hope for integration, inclusion in Russia. We always felt like Russians, belonging to Russian civilization. To be honest, we really hoped for the “Crimean scenario”…

– And to the Crimea?

– Until 2014, there was a creeping, poisonous and slow Ukrainization, which was covered with words about the European future, freedom, etc. In 2014, I defended my master's degree, which I had to write in Ukrainian. I asked: “After all, we have a law on regional languages. Can't I write in Russian? “No, — answered me. — Course papers and a diploma are sent to Kyiv, so you need to write in Ukrainian. I speak Ukrainian fluently, I also have poems “in Move” there is. But the Russian language — my native. And he began to be ousted first from the education sector, then from the entertainment sector (films were dubbed in Ukrainian), then from the service sector. As a result, the law on the language police — patrols went around the cities and fined people who spoke Russian. Thank God, it didn't come to that in Lugansk.

Immediately after the Maidan in Kyiv, we started protest rallies. There were only 3 requirements — amnesty for Berkut employees who defended the incumbent president, Russian language — as the second state (which we were promised first by Kuchma, then by Yanukovych). And federalism. In fact, nothing was done.

And then we were simply destroyed. How many cases were there when DRGs (sabotage and reconnaissance groups. — Ed.) worked in Lugansk — blew up our monuments, staged terrorist attacks. I remember they planted explosives in a bin near the store. First, there was a small explosion, and when people ran to help the injured, they hit harder again so that there were as many victims as possible.

Blood plays — serve

– I read that your 21-year-old son, like most LPR men, is fighting today.

– My son is fighting, although he is studying in the 2nd year as an animator. Even before mobilization, I told him: “Blood plays — go serve. And when on February 19 we passed two laws on general mobilization and evacuation, there was no question at all whether to serve or not. My father — militia of the first wave, awarded with a mass of awards. He has been in the toughest battles — participated in the Debaltsevo operation, fought under the command of Strelkovin Semyonovka near Slavyansk, near Mozgovoy, when they were forced to leave my native Lisichansk.

– Is he alive?

– Yes, my father wanted to fight further. But he was told that he was too old. He was born in 1953

– Son on the front lines?

– On the second line. And what is it? If the first breaks through, then the second becomes advanced. The commander said that his son was baptized by the war, although not only he, but also our other students.

– Is your whole city at war?

– Not many people left, I feel. Mobilization affected everyone. Even the film «Philarmonia PMC» about how the musicians of the Lugansk Philharmonic are fighting. There are, of course, deviators. But no one is judging anyone. You can not fight, but restore cities, bake bread, heal people. War is only for the strong in spirit.

– What was the most difficult thing when your son went to the front?

– When there was no connection. The unknown is the worst. The first news from him was brought to me by the commander, who ended up in a hospital in Lugansk with frostbite. All fellow soldiers of the son wrote news to their relatives in a notebook to the commander. And mothers came to visit him and looked for news from their children in this notebook. I received this message: “I miss you, I’m alive and well, wait with victory” … My son came on leave for a couple of days. But these were such two days that I didn’t even spend half an hour alone with him. FriendsI went with the flow. Someone was sleeping at our house all the time. Then he sent a message: “My family, sorry for leaving a mess. There was little time. I miss you very much. Red Estuary met us with a howl of arrivals. But I'm not afraid. How I got into my native element (emoticon). Everything is fine with us. Settled in a new place. Mom, pass the pen, I'm lost. Wait for my new poems and drawings. Support Aunt Nina, please».

Nina — it's my girlfriend. Her husband died two and a half months ago. Funerals for people from my inner circle come quite often. I find out almost every week that someone has died — if not a relative, then a friend, an acquaintance.

– Opponents of the special operation cite the following arguments: before the start of the DPR and LPR, they were shelled, but there were no such number of victims and destruction. How do you answer them?

– As for all these moans about the fact that “the Russian world brings destruction”, — we have heard it all many times. I don't even see the point in getting into discussions with people who think situationally, not processes. We speak different languages. Yes, there are people who sit somewhere in the basement and think: “Why do I need such a release?” But there were times when they fired at us, and we did not have the right to give an answer. And the losses were great.

Recently I visited Mariupol, Volnovakha, where we performed with the group “St. John's wort” in front of the soldiers of the Vostok battalion, in military field hospitals, in hospitals in front of soldiers, wounded civilians. I saw these ruined cities. You go along Volnovakha — and there is not a single whole house. It all looks terrible. But when you start talking to the fighters who carried out the cleansing, they tell — in every second house they find certificates of the ATO participant.

– Honestly, I don’t understand how you can live in such an environment? What keeps you from going crazy?

– I wrote in the poem «Novorossiya thunderstorms. Novorossiya of dreams”: “The day is considered successful if it has come, and you must squeeze the maximum out of it!”  Culture and art save me. In our theaters, girls now play male roles, because men are at war. But the cultural life goes on.

Armored personnel carriers are coming and going
On the Donbass side,
And the heirs of Bandera
Everyone is sitting on the armor.
And they sparkle with helmets,
Faces are hidden by masks,
Swastikas on the chevrons,
They are looking for where the quilted jackets are.
Do not save, do not protect –
They're going, they're going to clean up:
If so, then I'm the first here,
The first Russian communist.
My grandfather didn't lose his temper in forty-first,
And I'm not a pacifist either!
the other side of the sight
Fascism raised its head,
Armored personnel carriers will not pass,
I will give my life for this.
Russian — so it doesn't give up,
I'll put everything on the line
For the sake of peace, for the sake of the sun,
What has gone beyond the waste heap.

Petliura instead of Gagarin?

“Argumenty i Fakty” Weekly No. 32. Take a check for a soul 10/08/2022 Plot Russian special operation in Donbass and Ukraine

The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has prepared a list of 10 place names associated with Russia, which should be renamed.

The top  — Gagarin, Pushkin, Michurin.

Mikhail Myagkov, scientific director of the RVIO:

— Any country that tries to nullify a common history with another nation is actually just stealing its own history. This leads to a historical impasse. How, for example, fascist Germany acted during the years of the arrival of Hitlerto power — they burned the books of those authors who did not fit the theory of the superiority of the German race. As a result, Nazism became the main ideology of the country, which, having unleashed World War II, was responsible for the deaths of millions and millions of people, incl. the Germans themselves. This happened primarily due to unconsciousness, historical lessons were not learned.

Today, in Ukraine, their own history has been turned inside out. In 90s we counted: Ukraine — a young state, and every young state is looking for its heroes. Good! But why don you look for positive heroes? And if we now open any textbook on the history of Ukraine for high school, then there the actions of whom will be described in bold letters on many pages? I list: Mazepa, a serial traitor who first betrayed one hetman, then another, then princess Sophia, and after Peter I< /strong>. Semyon Petliura, who pursued the policy of the Holocaust in Ukraine during the Civil War. Bandera and Shukhevych, whose hands are up to the elbow in blood. And the names of famous marshals, generals, heroes of the Great Patriotic War, born in Ukraine, for example, Rybalko, Chernyakhovsky, Kozhedub, — all this is thrown away, monuments demolished along with monuments to Pushkin and Suvorov. Well what country can live long with such heroes?!

Ukraine has got into a historical impasse, from which it can get out without external help. I speak with pain about the fate of the Ukrainian people, because we in any case, are from the same root! Therefore, a deep, subtle policy is needed. People who have been processed for so many years will be very difficult to dezombify.

The biologist told where the field mice will run during a drought and what it threatens the Russian Federation

The area of the field mouse in Russia now has a gap between Baikal and the Far East, but due to climate change, these parts may soon connect, as the rodent will flee from the drought. The last time this happened was 12,000 years ago.

This was stated in an interview with aif.ru by the chief researcher of the Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Biology Varos Petrosyan.

According to him, climate and changes in the habitats of the field mouse can lead to two serious consequences. Firstly, this animal is a pest of grain crops and a carrier of about 15 infections. Secondly, as scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences found out, land use will have to be changed throughout the country.

“Where potatoes and wheat grow now, they will stop growing already, perhaps by 2040. Field Mouse — the most moisture-loving species among mouse-like rodents. She runs away from where it gets dry. In the southern regions, which now provide the main crop of grain crops and potatoes, in 20 years there will be unsuitable climatic conditions for this. You need to think about it now, », — Petrosyan noted.

Earlier, scientists from the United States, China and Germany, in an article for the American Academy of Sciences (PNAS), stated that under the worst scenarios, climate change could lead to the extinction of the world's population.

The State Department announced its unwillingness to harm the Russians with visa restrictions

The US disagrees not with the people of Russia, and therefore Washington does not want to harm its citizens. Earlier, Kyiv called on the G7, which includes the United States, to ban the issuance of visas to Russians “image/webp” media=”(max-width: 320px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (max-width: 320px) and (min-resolution: 192dpi)” >< source srcset="https://s0.rbk.ru/v6_top_pics/resized/800xH/media/img/1/62/756602476510621.webp 800w" type="image/webp" media="(max-width: 400px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (max-width: 400px) and (min-resolution: 192dpi)" >< source srcset="https://s0.rbk.ru/v6_top_pics/resized/1200xH/media/img/1/62/756602476510621.webp 1200w" type="image/webp" media="(-webkit-min-device -pixel-ratio: 2), (min-resolution: 192dpi)" >

US-imposed restrictions should not harm the Russian people,” Deputy State Department spokesman Vedant Patel said in a telephone briefing.

“On the question of any visa ban: we have made it clear that we want our actions not to harm or have a significant impact on the Russian people, we do not disagree with them on this matter,” — he responded to the appeal of the Ukrainian authorities to the G7 countries; (G7, USA, Germany, Japan, UK, France, Italy and Canada) stop issuing visas to Russians (TASS quote).

On the eve of this appeal to the G7 and the European Union, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba made a tweet on Twitter. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also called in August to close entry to Western countries for Russians. At the same time, during a daily video message on March 24, he advised Russians to leave the country.

Earlier, the State Department emphasized that the US Embassy in Russia does not accept applications for visas, but Russians can apply to diplomatic missions located in other countries. The United States has reduced the number of consular services provided after Moscow banned the embassy from hiring Russians in response to yet another expulsion of Russian diplomats.

Discussions about the possibility of issuing visas to Russians have intensified against the backdrop of a Russian special operation in Ukraine. At first, restrictions in this area began to be introduced by individual countries unilaterally. In particular, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have stopped issuing tourist Schengen visas for Russian citizens.

The Russian Foreign Ministry, speaking about the idea of European politicians to stop issuing visas to Russians, called it “fruitless”; an attempt to “punish” more strongly Russia and its citizens. The official representative of the department, Maria Zakharova, accused the authors of the initiative of violating the norms of international law from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights regarding freedom of movement.

Western countries have repeatedly emphasized that the sanctions are directed against the Russian leadership. The Russian authorities claim the opposite and believe that they are targeting ordinary citizens.

Rafael Grossi

Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi, speaking at a meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, said that now there is no immediate threat to nuclear safety due to hostilities.

“Based on the most recent information provided by Ukraine, IAEA experts have tentatively concluded that there is no immediate threat to nuclear security as a result of shelling or other recent hostilities,” he said, warning that the situation could change at any moment.

Grossi urged Russia and Ukraine to cooperate with the organization and stated the need to allow the IAEA mission to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant as soon as possible, which will ensure the safety of the plant.< /p>

According to the head of the IAEA, the organization received information about the state of the nuclear power plant from both the Ukrainian and Russian sides, but stressed that the physical presence of the organization's experts at a large nuclear facility is necessary so that they can assess the situation. Grossi said he was ready to lead the mission.

“I remain very concerned about the situation at the Zaporizhia NPP and reiterate that any military action that jeopardizes nuclear safety must be stopped immediately,” — stressed the head of the IAEA, pointing out that they can lead to serious consequences.

Chinese Permanent Representative to the UN Zhang Jun told reporters before the meeting that the visit of the IAEA mission to the station will provide more information about what is happening. He stressed that Beijing is in favor of a speedy resolution of the crisis and that “the parties concerned sit down at the negotiating table and find a solution.”

Zaporozhye NPP— Europe's largest nuclear power plant in terms of installed capacity, it has six power units of the VVER-1000 type. The station is located in Energodar. On February 28, four days after the start of the military operation in Ukraine, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the territory of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant had been taken under control. Since the beginning of hostilities, the conflicting parties have repeatedly accused each other of strikes on the territory of the station and damage to its infrastructure; in August, such cases became more frequent. In connection with the shelling, Russia demanded to convene a meeting of the UN Security Council.

On August 10, the foreign ministers of the G7 countries called on Russia to return control over nuclear facilities in Ukraine to Kyiv, saying that the actions of the Russian side “significantly increase the risk of a nuclear accident.” and the presence of the Russian military at the Zaporizhzhya NPP allegedly impedes the ability of the IAEA to carry out security and monitoring measures. The Russian side claims that the shelling is carried out by the Ukrainian military; the Russian Ministry of Defense warned that strikes on the territory of the nuclear power plant could provoke a man-made disaster.

The United States and the UN called for the creation of a demilitarized zone around the nuclear power plant. At the same time, the secretary general of the organization, António Guterres, believes that it is not worth bringing peacekeepers into the territory, since the parties to the conflict themselves are able to provide a safe perimeter around it.

Finland urged to freeze the high-speed rail project in the direction of Russia

In connection with the Russian military operation in Ukraine, the head of the Finnish Ministry of Trade called for stopping the road construction project towards Russia and allocating funds for the development of railway communication in other directions< source srcset="https://s0.rbk.ru/v6_top_pics/resized/1200xH/media/img/0/48/756602553556480.webp 1200w" type="image/webp" media="(-webkit-min-device -pixel-ratio: 2), (min-resolution: 192dpi)" >

The Finnish government should reconsider its plans to build the high-speed Itärata (Eastern Railway) in the direction of Russia because of the military operation in Ukraine. This was stated by Finnish Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Ville Skinnari, Yle reports.

“It is clear that the Itärata project and the activities of its project company must be suspended,” — says Skinnari. According to him, the funds intended for the project should be redirected to the construction of a railway connection in other directions. In particular, on the road connecting the cities of Heinola and Mikkeli in the south of the country.

Skinnari noted that this issue has not yet been discussed either in his own Social Democratic Party or in the country's government.

< p>

Finnish Minister of Transport and Communications Timo Harakka has not yet commented on Skinnari's proposal.

According to Yle, the Eastern Railway project was designed to improve transport links between Eastern Finland and the capital of Helsinki, as well as to promote tourism and trade with Russia; a few years ago, the authorities estimated the cost of Itärata at €1.7 billion, but now the cost of the project should increase.

Finland lifted anti-coronavirus entry restrictions for foreigners from June 30. Since July 15, restrictions on land borders that have been in effect since March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic have been canceled by Russia.

Whether they managed to find these papers and which country's weapons they are talking about is not specified. type=”image/webp” media=”(max-width: 320px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (max-width: 320px) and (min-resolution: 192dpi)” >< source srcset="https://s0.rbk.ru/v6_top_pics/resized/1010xH/media/img/7/61/756602665197617.webp 1010w" type="image/webp" media="(max-width: 640px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (max-width: 640px) and (min-resolution: 192dpi)" >

Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) during searches of the estate of former US President Donald Trump were looking, among other things, for documents related to nuclear weapons. This is reported by The Washington Post, citing sources.

The interlocutors of the publication did not provide details about what kind of data the FBI officers were interested in. They did not specify which country owns the nuclear weapons referred to in the documents. They also did not say if the agents were able to locate the papers.

Trump's spokesman, the US Department of Justice and the FBI declined to comment.

According to experts interviewed by WP, the searches indicate concern among US government officials about classified information that they believe Trump may be holding and falling into the wrong hands.

Investigative actions at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida took place on August 8. According to US media, including Politico and CNN, they are connected to the case of Trump's handling of classified government documents. Back in February, the National Archives and Records Administration said agency officials found about 15 boxes of White House documents on the estate, some of which contained classified material. The papers were returned to the archives, but according to media reports, the Department of Justice initiated a search warrant for the FBI to make sure that no stolen documents were left on the estate.

On August 11, Attorney General Merrick Garland commented on the searches for the first time, saying that personally approved their implementation. The Justice Department also urged the court to release the warrant.

What do you need to know about trademark registration?

Legislators have allowed any person who earns his own business to register trademarks and service marks, creating his own brand. From June 28, 2023, not only entrepreneurs and legal entities will be able to individualize their products or works/services, but also citizens. An expert told aif.ru about what means of individualization are, why register them, and who can do it.

What is a trademark and a service mark, how do they differ?

< p>Trademark and service mark — These are means of individualization that allow the consumer to distinguish one product from another, one service from another. Simply put, a trademark and a service mark allow you to distinguish one specific manufacturer from a huge number. “The use of such distinctive signs allows consumers to understand exactly who they want to work with and from whom to buy. The difference between a trademark and a service mark is very easy to explain

simple: trademark — distinctive designation of the goods, and the service mark — works or services. For example „Prostokvashino“ and „Kozelskoe milk“ — trademarks of dairy products of specific manufacturers, and the names of mobile operators: MTS, Megafon, Beeline — service marks, — lawyer Angelina Malysheva explained to aif.ru.

Why do you need to register a trademark/service mark?

According to the lawyer, any entrepreneur interested in running a successful business should make his product individual. Your own distinguishing mark, — first of all, an important tool for developing a personal brand. In addition, its use allows you to sell goods and services more efficiently.

“It is important to go through the registration procedure, including to protect the business from competitors, as well as to avoid claims from other copyright holders. Obtain a trademark registration certificate — means to assert your rights to the mark and be able to protect them if someone decides to use your mark without permission or “borrow“ its design», — explained Malysheva.

The expert clarified that the illegal use of a trademark or service mark faces administrative liability under Art. 14.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in the form of a fine with confiscation of products on which there is a designation, and compensation may also be collected under Art. 1515 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation — from 10 thousand to five million rubles or in the amount of two times the cost of the goods on which the disputed trademark is placed.

Who can register a trademark/service mark?

Prior to the entry into force of the amendments to Part IV of the Civil Code (the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), only individual entrepreneurs and legal entities can become the owner of a trademark or service mark. From June 28, 2023, this right will also be granted to citizens.

“Despite the fact that the mention of individual entrepreneurs was removed from the articles about means of individualization, replacing them with the generalized concept of “citizens”, I doubt that Russians without any status, for example, a payer of tax on professional income, will be able to register a trademark or service mark — self-employed. The law still associates the need to individualize goods, works or services with business activities, and only legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and self-employed people can receive income from such activities — without registration it is illegal», — Malysheva commented.

What happens if there is already a similar trademark or service mark?

As the expert explained to aif.ru, in order to register a trademark or service mark, you must contact Rospatent — organization under the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS). When submitting an application, you must indicate the class of MTCU (International Classification of Goods and Services) to which the trademark or service mark will relate, and within this group, Rospatent checks for similarity with other marks of the same group of goods or services that have already been registered.&nbsp ;

“It happens that Rospatent sees no obstacles for registration — then, if there is a threat of violation of the rights to the means of individualization, the right holder can file objections to Rospatent, pointing to similar designations, or to the court. When considering a dispute in court, an examination of the identity of trademarks and their similarity to the point of confusion must also be carried out — Based on its results, the court makes a final decision. If the similarity to the point of confusion is established by Rospatent — registration of means of individualization will be denied. If the court comes to the conclusion that the rights of the owner of the trademark or service mark are infringed, the decision of Rospatent will be invalidated, and the registration record will be canceled, — explained Malysheva.

Who can inherit a trademark/service mark?

The lawyer said that from June 28, 2023, anyone can become a trademark owner on the basis of a certificate of right to inheritance. “Previously, it was necessary to obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur (IP) or a legal entity, because the law associated the presence of a trademark and the possibility of its registration only with entrepreneurial activity in a particular industry. In the event of the death of the trademark owner, his heirs, in order to inherit the means of individualization, were forced to register as an individual entrepreneur or transfer the rights to another person who already has such a status, — summed up Malysheva.

What will the PAK DA bomber look like according to foreigners?

Chinese experts believe that the promising sixth-generation PAK DA stealth bomber, which is currently being developed in Russia, will outperform the American B-2 stealth aircraft in all respects. Although even a prototype of this aircraft still does not exist, foreigners believe that this is a real project that can change the balance of power in the world. In their opinion, in the future, this bomber will become a serious problem and “will not let NATO sleep peacefully.”

PAK DA bomber (3D model). Photo: Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

Invisible and deadly

Foreigners assume that the new Russian bomber will become the most inconspicuous bomber in the world, while carrying a large number of various weapons on board. This will allow it to be used in armed conflicts of varying intensity — from large-scale hostilities to local clashes. PAK DA will become a universal tool capable of hitting a variety of targets on the battlefield and at the same time remain invulnerable, and most often even unnoticed. It is planned that the new aircraft will become as versatile as possible and will actually replace all the strategic bombers currently at the disposal of the Russian Aerospace Forces: Tu-22M3, Tu-95 and Tu-160.

For the first time, they started talking about a completely new sixth-generation bomber five years ago, at the same time it was reported that the draft design and working design documentation were ready. In 2020, they talked about the creation of the first elements of the PAK DA, including the development and bench testing of the engine. Despite the secrecy of this project, it is known for sure that it will be carried out according to the “flying wing” scheme. This and a number of other stealth technologies should make it almost invisible to the most modern radars. So, to reduce the degree of visibility, the fuselage will be made of composite materials and covered with a special Russian-made radar-absorbing coating. A technical solution will make it even more invisible, thanks to which all the weapons of the bomber will be placed inside.

Subsonic

The aircraft will be subsonic, it is reported that due to fuel savings, this will help to significantly increase the range and time spent by the aircraft in the air. And this will not make him vulnerable, since the bomber will receive long-range weapons, which will allow him to operate outside enemy air defense zones. In addition, the bombers will receive new electronic warfare equipment that will protect it from being hit by anti-aircraft missiles.

It is planned that PAK DA will have the most powerful weapons in the world. At the first stage, the main system for PAK DA will be Kh-102 high-precision missiles, which have a high-explosive and nuclear warhead, and their range exceeds five thousand kilometers. These weapons are designed to ensure the destruction of all types of sea and land targets, including well-protected ones. Depending on the mission, the bomber can be armed with all existing and future high-precision bombs and missiles.

Then, the main weapon of the bomber will be long-range hypersonic missiles, which will be guided and controlled by artificial intelligence. All developments of new aviation weapons systems will also be done with the prospect of being placed on this aviation platform.

Space fighter

An additional option for this strategic missile carrier may be the ability to strike targets located in near space, which will make it a new effective element of missile defense. Space interception is necessary to destroy strategic nuclear ballistic missiles that are on the march. The aircraft will also have the ability to destroy military satellites in Earth orbit.

Insolent after Sobchak. “Skopin maniac” will get a new term?

The proverb “The humpbacked grave will fix” is the best suited for the story of the "Skopin maniac" Viktor Mokhov. The criminal, whose release in 2021 made a lot of noise, became a defendant in a new criminal case.

An old rapist's new case

“On August 7, 2022, in the courtyard of one of the abandoned houses in the Skopinsky district, the body of a local resident born in 1979 was found with signs of violent death. On this fact, the Skopinsky Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Ryazan Region initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Murder, that is, the intentional infliction of death on another person”), — informs the official website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Ryazan region. — The investigation established that on August 2, 2022, in the evening, the 39-year-old suspect, while at the house of his friend, during a quarrel while intoxicated, struck the victim with an elbow bend in the area of the front surface of the neck. The victim died at the scene from his injuries. In order to hide the traces of the committed crime, the suspect, together with his acquaintance, moved the body of the deceased to the courtyard of an abandoned house at night. On this fact, the Skopinsky Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Ryazan Region initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 316 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A man, born in 1950, suspected of committing this crime, previously convicted of kidnapping two minors, rape and sexual assault of minors, confessed. The issue of choosing a preventive measure against him is being decided.

72-year-old Viktor Mokhov for six years after his release had no right to attend mass events, appear on the street at night, and was also required to report to the police twice a month.

However, he apparently considered these measures optional for himself. Mokhov participated in feasts, which sometimes took place at his house, and sometimes at his acquaintances. As a result, another booze at Mokhov ended in a murder. According to a law enforcement source, the killer suspected the victim of petty theft and, without thinking twice, “punished.” Mokhov, without much hesitation, undertook to help in hiding the evidence.

While the new case is being investigated, the “Skopin maniac” imposed a penalty in the form of arrest for 10 days for violating the established regime — Mokhov did not spend the night at home.

The owner of the underground prison

In 2000, Mokhov, a resident of the town of Skopina in the Ryazan region, kidnapped two girls aged 14 and 17, whom he kept for four years, regularly raping them, in an underground prison specially equipped for this. Almost four years later, the captives managed to hand over a note thanks to which they were released.

Skopinsky City Court found Mokhov guilty of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Kidnapping of two or more persons”), Part 2 of Art. 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Rape of a knowingly minor”) and part 2 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violent acts of a sexual nature”) and sentenced him to 16 years and 10 months in prison in a strict regime colony.

And in the spring of 2021, many were shocked by the news — «Skopin maniac» goes free. Life imprisonment in his case was not provided, good health allowed him to serve the term in full, after which he returned home.

And soon there were rumors that Mokhova was going to invite one of the federal channels to a talk show. After the uproar, the personal visit of the “Skopin maniac” did not take place in the studio, but Ksenia Sobchak came to him.

“The journalist who does not take advantage of the chance that has turned up is bad”

The ex-presidential candidate of Russia explained the film about Mokhov, filmed for her YouTube channel, as follows: “This is our conscious choice — mine and my team. And this is our right as journalists — explore the boundaries of good and evil. One cannot understand the nature of evil unless one enters its territory. Talk about the fact that Ksenia Sobchak's film about a maniac can provoke or inspire someone to commit crimes, of course, they flatter me, but you overestimate me. A much more inspiring example is the feature films — let's ban them! … For some reason, everyone is used to thinking that an interview with a maniac or a film about him — it's some form of compliment. What if the interview, then always with a good and right person. And as for me, the journalist who does not take advantage of the chance to interview Hitler is bad.

Shooting with Sobchak herself clearly affected Mokhov — and before that, the criminal, who had not suffered from remorse, felt like a real star, and increasingly began to neglect the restrictions prescribed for him. Probably, in this situation, a new criminal case became virtually inevitable.

«Shadow of Mokhov»

But here's what's interesting — it seems that the “shadow of Mokhov” also fell on Sobchak, because the number of dubious stories involving herself and her closest associates increased significantly.

In October 2021, Sobchak near Sochi got into a fatal accident . Without waiting for the proceedings, the politician and blogger rushed off to the airport, afraid of being late for the Moscow flight.

In addition, the Federal Antimonopoly Service — because of the intrusive advertising of alcohol brands in her videos. There was also a conflict around her educational course “The Sobchak Method”. — paying 600,000 rubles each expected Sobchak to enlighten them personally, but instead they received only pre-recorded lectures. Considering themselves deceived, the clients turned to the competent authorities.

And the day before it became known that a permanent member of the film crew Sobchak Sergey Yerzhenkovwas fined 15,000 rubles by the Kasimovsky District Court for vandalism against a monument to Lenin. Yerzhenkov and his accomplice painted the monument with white paint, putting political slogans and obscenities on it.

What else was there — political activism or alcohol abuse — unclear.

Companion Sobchak claimed that he would be “imprisoned for three years”, but the court's decision turned out to be the mildest possible. The prosecutor's office, by the way, is considering filing an appeal against the decision.

A new term is very likely

And now Mokhov again. But they told Ksenia Anatolyevna that nothing good came from an interview with the “Skopin maniac” will not work. It is clear that to accuse Sobchak of provoking the criminal to new “exploits” — that's too much. But, most likely, without these shootings at the “Bloody Lady” he would not have become so insolent.

Part 2 of Article 316 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provides for a maximum penalty of two years in prison. In the case of Mokhov, he is unlikely to count on indulgence.

After a terrible discovery in one of the districts of Kyiv, local police found that a missing 39-year-old native of Kramatorsk was the victim of the crime. In the spring, the woman returned from Poland to Ukraine, where she struck up a love relationship with Bigun. But  the unfortunate life in his house was cut short due to a quarrel on the basis of jealousy.

In a fit of anger, Peter Bigun strangled his beloved, after which he decided to get rid of her body in parts. One of them was found in a suitcase that led the criminal's trail.

The killer carried the remains of the woman out of his house for several days and threw them out in various places in Kyiv. Death on live

Two years ago, a story made a lot of noise in the media blogger Stanislav Reshetnyak by the nickname Reeflay, who led thrash streams on the Internet. For the money of subscribers, he and his guests performed various tasks: he inflicted injuries, mocked others. One of the  regular participants of these shows was the beloved of a blogger from  Krasnodar Valentina Grigorieva, who dreamed of making a career in the modeling business. But instead of working on the catwalk she had to play an unenviable role in Reshetnyak's online broadcasts. One of them ended in tragedy.

In December 2020, Reshetnyak launched another thrash stream, during which he beat his girlfriend in front of the eyes of the audience. She received a craniocerebral injury, which was called the cause of Grigorieva's death. Moreover, apparently, she was dying in terrible agony. After the beatings, the blogger took the girl outside because she had an unpleasant smell. People who followed the stream said they heard her knocking on the door, complaining about the cold and feeling unwell. But Reeflay didn open the door and remembered the girlfriend only in the morning. By then, she was already dead. He frightened and called an ambulance himself. His broadcast was interrupted only by the police officers who arrived after the doctors, who noticed that the guy had “streamed”. The court found Reshetnyak guilty of intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting in death by negligence. He was sentenced to six years in a penal colony.

Happiness with filters

A blogger from the city of Sysert, Sverdlovsk Region Kristina Zhuravleva also dedicated her life to social networks, the search for fame and & nbsp; wealth. The 28-year-old girl regularly posted photos in trendy clothes against the backdrop of stylish interiors. Therefore, tens of thousands of her subscribers had the impression that Christina was successful both financially and in personal life. But it turned out that it was just a beautiful illusion. Kristina lived with her husband Dmitryin a modest house where she set up photo zones. There, the blogger took retouched pictures for social networks. The outwardly ideal relationship with the spouse turned out to be fake. Problems remained behind the scenes. The harsh truth of life surfaced last spring.

In April, one of the drivers accidentally discovered the body of Kristina Zhuravleva not far from the curb. But       their identity could not be established for a long time, because nobody reported the disappearance of the girl to the police. Meanwhile, Dmitry Zhuravlev told everyone that his wife left him after a quarrel and asked her not to look. Apparently, for many, the version sounded plausible. More than three weeks after "leaving" wife Dmitry himself reported her disappearance to the police. This made it possible to establish that that random driver found Christina's body by the road. As a result, Zhuravlev quickly confessed to the murder of his wife. He said that their couple had financial problems, against which there were often quarrels. Like, his wife humiliated and insulted him because he earns little. By the way, she herself was declared bankrupt back in 2019 due to debts in  19 banks. Once again, the husband could not stand it and in a fit of anger, he strangled his wife. The court sentenced Dmitry to & nbsp; eight years in prison in a strict regime colony. Pleading guilty, he assured everyone that he continued to love Christina.

Experts predicted Russia’s response to recognition as a sponsor of terrorism

Moscow may reduce the transit of goods through Latvia, but is unlikely to break off diplomatic relations with the country after Russia is recognized as a sponsor of terrorism, experts interviewed by RBC say 8/36/756602164946368.webp 673w” type=”image/webp” media=”(max-width: 320px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (max-width: 320px) and (min-resolution: 192dpi)” >

Russia is unlikely to sever diplomatic relations with Latvia after the country's Seimas recognized it as a state sponsor of terrorism, says Andrey Kortunov, Director General of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC).

“The problem with the rupture of diplomatic relations is that if they are broken, then it will be very difficult to restore them later. You need very good reasons for this kind of step. Usually, countries avoid such decisions except in extraordinary circumstances. I do not think that Russia itself initiates such a decision, but the initiative may come from the Latvian side,»,— Kortunov told RBC.

RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeev, in a conversation with RBC, suggested not to think about the issue of breaking diplomatic relations between the countries, but to wait for the reaction of the Russian Foreign Ministry. However, he called such a move counterproductive. The expert urged not to overestimate Latvia's decision to recognize Russia as a sponsor of terrorism, since it was adopted by the parliament of an individual EU member, and not by an association. “These norms are not pan-European, and they should be considered in the context of Russian-Latvian relations”, — he emphasized.

Timofeev added that he expects further deterioration of economic relations between the countries. “Our economic relations with Latvia have curtailed quite a lot lately. Russia can continue to further curtail them and carry out its own special economic measures, but I do not think that this will radically change the situation. It should be expected that Russia will take a course towards minimizing the transit of its goods through Latvia as much as possible. It has already shrunk and will continue to shrunk,— he explained.

Kortunov recalled that Latvia, among other Baltic countries, has always taken one of the toughest positions in relation to Russia. «Talks about recognizing Russia as a country— have been a sponsor of terrorism for a long time. But let's not forget that so far this is just a decision of the Latvian Seimas, that is, more a political than a legal act. However, it will create problems for bilateral relations. Latvia has already stopped issuing tourist visas to Russian citizens, perhaps there will be additional restrictions on economic and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries,— he said.

According to the expert, the most important thing for Russia is to what extent such a precedent will be used by other EU countries and the United States. “So far, the administration of [U.S. President Joe] Biden does not consider such a move worthwhile. But everything is possible, since the arsenal of obvious sanctions measures to put pressure on Russia is close to being exhausted. We cannot rule out exotic moves like the one made by the Latvian Seimas,— he concluded.

On Thursday, the Saeima of Latvia by a majority vote recognized Russia as a country— sponsor of terrorism. Riga also called on the EU countries to immediately suspend the issuance of tourist and entry visas to citizens of Russia and Belarus.

Scholz believes that the restoration of Ukraine will be larger than the “Marshall Plan”

Scholz: Ukraine's recovery will be bigger than the Marshall Plan and will cost billions Recovery of Ukraine after hostilities will be a “big, big task” to be completed by the entire world community, said German Chancellor< source srcset="https://s0.rbk.ru/v6_top_pics/resized/1010xH/media/img/4/90/756602191333904.webp 1010w" type="image/webp" media="(max-width: 640px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (max-width: 640px) and (min-resolution: 192dpi)" >

Rebuilding Ukraine will be larger than the Marshall Plan and will cost billions. This was announced at a press conference in Berlin by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, reports Handelsblatt.

“It will cost billions. It will be a big, big task that I think is only marginally covered in the Marshall Plan. It's more,— he said, emphasizing that this task must be performed by the entire world community.

“Marshall Plan”— This is a program of post-war assistance to European countries, developed in the United States. Its main goal was to restore the economy of Europe, destroyed after the Second World War, between 1948 and 1952. The plan is named after US Secretary of State George C. Marshall, who proposed the program in 1947. It cost billions of dollars, emphasizes Handelsblatt.

He also dismissed criticism of German arms supplies to Ukraine. “If you look at the list of supplies from Germany, as well as their quality, you will see that this is highly effective and this is exactly what is needed in the current situation,” — emphasized the Chancellor.

Scholz pointed out that the cessation of hostilities can only be with the consent of Ukraine. According to him, only the Ukrainian president, parliament and people can ultimately decide under what conditions the conflict can be resolved. European restoration of Ukraine.

Back in May, the head of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Werner Hoyer, estimated that trillions of euros could be needed to restore Ukraine. Hoyer stressed that Ukraine should not be left alone with these expenses and the international community should provide it with significant support.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has previously estimated the cost restore the infrastructure and economy of his country at $600 billion. He called on the countries of the world to take patronage over the Ukrainian regions that suffered during the hostilities.

According to him, Kyiv is preparing a large-scale plan for the restoration of Ukraine, but this will also require an international plan, “which will be a modern analogue of the historical” Marshall Plan “.

In July, at a conference in Lugano, Ukraine presented a plan for restoration country in the amount of more than $ 750 billion.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal proposed to finance the restoration of the country at the expense of confiscated Russian assets. EU diplomat Josep Borrell also suggested considering withdrawing Russia's frozen foreign exchange reserves to help pay for the cost of rebuilding Ukraine.

The Kremlin called the possible decision to seize Russian assets in favor of Ukraine blatant and illegal. It would be “virtually outright theft,” said presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on July 20 that Russia would be involved in the reconstruction of the DPR and LPR for a long time to come. “We all have good months and years ahead of us to put everything [the economy of the DNR and LNR] in order, but we will definitely do it,” — he assured.

According to Putin's instructions, the authorities of the Russian regions began to take responsibility for the restoration of cities in the DPR and LPR. By the end of June, 18 Russian entities had already announced such plans.

Donetsk Prime Minister Vitaly Khotsenko stated that Russia should invest more than 2 trillion rubles. to the economy of the DPR. At the end of February, the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, estimated the restoration of the republic at 1.5 trillion rubles.
