This is how champions relax! After Naomi Osaka took home her second U.S. Open Women’s Singles title last month, she’s now basking on the beach in white bikini for her 23rd birthday.

After one of the most powerful comebacks in recent U.S. Open history, the 2020 Women’s Singles champ Naomi Osaka is ready for some rest and relaxation. The inspiring tennis sensation headed to the Caribbean to celebrate turning 23 on Oct. 16. She shared three photos to her Instagram page on the eve of her big day, wearing a white bikini while chilling at the shore of the clear, aqua blue sea.

Naomi could be seen in the first photo with her normally curly hair cascading in long, thin braids. She sat in the sugary white sand while wearing a white cover up over her two-piece, and had a scrunchie wrapped around her wrist in case she wanted to put up her hair and go for a swim.

Naomi showed off her incredible style sense with a zebra print frame on her sunglasses, with matching long dangle earrings. She added several delicate gold necklaces and a gold ankle bracelet with tiny charms on it. In the accompanying photos, Naomi stood up for fans to get a better look at her beach ensemble, as white sand stuck to her shin from kneeling on the beach. In the third picture, Naomi outstretched her arm so that her followers could get a better look at her fit professional athlete figure in the chic white bikini.

The beach behind her was endless and white, with the clear water making her fans have serious FOMO. Naomi didn’t mention exactly where she was, though the sea color and flat topography seemed to indicate a vacation to the Turks and Caicos. Some of her followers thought she might be in Haiti, as he father Leonard François is Haitian. But the county has more hills and mountains than was seen in the distance of Naomi’s snapshots. All she wrote next to the photos was “chill,” which was exactly what Naomi was doing.

On Sept. 12, Naomi pulled off a stunning come from behind victory at the U.S. Open to beat former world number one, Belarus’ Victoria Azarenka, 31. Naomi — who plays for her mother’s native Japan, though she has called the U.S. home since she was three — was down 1-6 after the first set. But she came roaring back with 6-3, 6-3 sets to take home her second Open title in two years. Naomi beat Serena Williams, 39, in the 2018 final  for her first Grand Slam victory. She followed it up by taking home the 2019 Australian Open title.

At the 2020 U.S. Open, Naomi used her power to draw attention to the Black victims of police shootings, attending her matches with the names of six Black victims killed by police brutality (and one shot by George Zimmerman) sewn onto her face masks. She began the tournament wearing one in tribute to Breonna Taylor, and ended with Tamir Rice‘s name. On her quest to the title, she also paid tribute to George Floyd, Elijah McClain, Trayvon Martin, Philandro Castile and Ahmaud Arbery. After her first win in the tourney, she told reporters, “I have seven,” face masks for the US Open. “It’s quite sad that seven masks isn’t enough for the amount of names, so hopefully I’ll get to the finals and you can see all of them.” She got through her names, and made a poignant tribute to the victims in the process.

Jamie Foxx proved he’s putting in the work to transform his body when he offered fans a glimpse at his new buff physique for an upcoming movie role.

Actor Jamie Foxx is gearing up for perhaps his most iconic movie role yet: boxing legend Mike Tyson. The 52-year-old Academy Award winner is set to portray the sporting icon in an upcoming biopic, and he’s already getting in shape! During an episode of Catching Up with Mark Birnbaum on Instagram, Jamie gave fans their first look at his new bulked-up frame, and he’s certainly looking the part.

He revealed that he’s willing to put in the work to transform his physique, explaining that his daily workout routine now includes 60 pull ups, 60 dips, and 100 push ups. “It’s changing the body. Top half,” he said. But as for the lower part of his body? “I ain’t got no legs, I ain’t got no calf muscles so we’re gonna have to get some prosthetics for that,” he joked.

Jamie also said he hoped to weigh 216 pounds when the biopic begins filming, but plans to “balloon to 225, 230 which will look like 250 on screen,” during the shooting process, as he transitions from portraying young Mike to old Mike.

When he isn’t hitting the gym, getting in his 100 push ups per day, Jamie has been outspoken about the Black Lives Matter movement. He even lent his voice to a rally at San Francisco’s city hall on June 1, singing with his fellow protesters during the ‘kneel-in’ demonstration. The Ray actor took to the podium during the protest and sang the verse from Isaiah 54:17. “No weapons formed against me, shall prosper, it won’t work. No weapons formed against me shall prosper.”

He shared pictures of him and his 11-year-old daughterAnalise Bishop, attending a protest in Hollywood. Jamie wore a shirt bearing the image of Trayvon Martin, the 17-year-old who was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in 2012. “Having my kids with me at the protest was bittersweet. Having them watch the world come together was beautiful… But having to explain to them why we were all there was heartbreaking… let’s change the world so they don’t have to live in it the way we have been…” he said.

Hip Hop Twitter Reacts To Kevin Gates Release From Prison

Kevin Gates is now a free man and the hip hop Twitter community is reacting.

The Baton Rouge rapper was released from prison on Wednesday morning in Illinois after serving 9 months in jail. He was originally sentenced to 30-months for a gun charge, so he was released on parole which carries some conditions like mandatory supervision and cannot be in possession of any firearm, at least until his probation ends. More details about his parole will be coming so check back with Dancehallhiphop.com regularly.

Last year he served six months in jail in Florida for an assault charge but upon his release, he was extradited to Illinois for the pending weapons charge. In that case, a warrant was out for his arrest, but this time there are no outstanding warrants, at least none that we are aware of. Kevin Gates has already made his first post on Instagram which has already racked up close to half a million likes within a few hours. “I’m Him,” he wrote in front a blacked out background.

Hip hop Twitter has been celebrating his release from prison all day. “Kevin Gates got 180 days in jail for kicking a fan who kept grabbing him, he tried to use the Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, but was denied. George Zimmerman followed and murdered an innocent 17 year old Trayvon Martin and was allowed to use the law. Trust me I understand,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

Not all fans were happy about his release from prison. There were some trolls who were just hell-bent on making their voices heard. “Please keep Kevin Gates and that trash music locked up in prison where it belong,” one fan tweeted.
