Zendaya just shocked us all when she ditched her long hair for a much shorter hairstyle & she even dyed it a dark red!

Zendaya, 25, always looks stunning no matter what she wears or how she styles her glam and she proved that when she debuted a new hairstyle. The actress ditched her long, dark black hair for a shoulder-length hairstyle that was dyed a dark red. We couldn’t help but get MJ vibes from her new look, which is fitting considering she plays her in the new Spider-Man: No Way Home film.

Zendaya posted a mirror selfie to her Instagram story on Dec. 16, featuring her new hair which was down and parted in the middle in a voluminous, straight blowout with the ends flipped up. Her new hair length grazes her collarbones and has a cool red sheen to it. She styled her new look with a spaghetti strap purple, gray, and black floral dress with a V-neckline.

Zendaya captioned the photo, “It was time for a change.” We were pleasantly surprised by Zendaya’s hair makeover and it especially shocked us because the night before she was rocking long braids at the Spider-Man Los Angeles premiere.

For the premiere, Zendaya looked stunning on the red carpet when she wore a nude Valentino Haute Couture gown covered in black sequin spider webs. The dress had a plunging V-neckline that revealed ample cleavage while the side of the skirt featured a hip-high slit that put her toned legs on full display.

Her hair was braided into cornrows at the top of her head while the rest of her hair was tightly wound into tight braids that ended past her waist. Later that evening, she attended the premiere after-party when she opted to wear a crisp white power suit with white sneakers, choosing to keep the same tight braids that she wore at the actual premiere.

Even the casual NBA fan has heard about Michael Jordan’s ‘flu game’ on June 11, 1997 — Game 5 of the NBA Finals between the Chicago Bulls and Utah Jazz. MJ went off on a tear, despite being gravely ill. He revealed the truth in ‘The Last Dance’ on May 17.

Michael Jordan put decades of speculation about his famous “flu game” to rest during episode 9 of ESPN’s The Last Dance documentary on Sunday. It turns out that MJ didn’t have the flu — he had food poisoning. He explained what led to him throwing up for hours before Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz.

June 10, 1997: “I’m at the Marriott Suites, George [Koehler], myself, Tim [Grover] and I think a couple of my security guys,” Michael said. “It’s 10, 10:30 at night. We’re hanging out in the room. I’m hungry.” George, a good friend of Michael’s, was his personal assistant at the time.
Tim, Michael’s close friend and trainer, went on to explain that MJ was hungry, so they were calling a bunch of nearby restaurants. “No room service, Michael gets hungry. We’re calling all these different places. George and I are looking around. We find one pizza place open. One,” he recalled.
George explained, “So he ordered pizza. And when the pizza came there was four or five guys outside the door. It’s very rare you get five delivery guys from the pizza place to bring you your pizza.”
“They’re all trying to look in, and everybody knew it was Michael,” Tim said. “So I take the pizza, I pay them, and I put this pizza down and I say ‘I’ve got a bad feeling about this.’”
Michael added, “I ate the pizza. All by myself. Nobody else eats the pizza. I wake up about 2:30 throwing up left and right.”
Tim got a call in the middle of the night with notice that Michael was extremely sick and throwing up. “Three o’clock in the morning I get a call, ‘come to the room right now.’ He’s literally curled up in a ball shaking. He says, ‘man find a team doc, now,’” he remembered.
“So really, it wasn’t the flu game, it was food poisoning,” Michael finally confirmed.
Jordan’s mother, Deloris recalled talking to Michael before Game 5 of the NBA Finals. “‘Mom I have to play,”” Michael told her. “And I’m thinking, he should not play,” he said.
Ahead of Game 5, “I stayed in bed all day. I couldn’t eat anything, hold anything in or down,” Michael recalled. He was hooked up to an IV ahead of the game. His teammate Bill Wennington described MJ’s face as looking “chalky white.”
“I’m going to try, it’s Game 5,” Michael said when coach Phil Jackson asked if he could play. “If anything, I can get decoyed. I’m gonna go out and play.”

It was game time and Michael looked washed. “Every time the whistle would blow for a time out, it was almost as if the life came out of his body,” Bill said.

“He was in pretty bad shape, but a lot of times when you’re sick you’re able to find something deep down inside that you didn’t know was there and I think it was one of those games that he wanted to win so bad and he just stayed with it,” Scottie Pippen recalled.
After a time out in the second quarter, MJ went off. It was like he flipped a switch. He started nailing shots and carrying the team. Eventually, the game was tied, 85-85 and MJ was at the free throw line. He missed one and immediately got the rebound and scooped up the loose ball with 40 seconds remaining. With 10 seconds left on the shot clock, Jordan hit a 3. —  At this point, he’s playing extra playoff minutes and has 38 points in 44 minutes.
MJ carried the Bulls to a Game 5 win over the Jazz, 90-88. The Bulls led the series 3-1. And, you know what happens in most cases when a team is up 3-1 in a playoff series. — It’s usually a wrap.
“He has shown that no matter how sick he was, he’s still the best player in the world,” Scottie said.
ESPN’s aired the final episode of its 10-part docuseries, The Last Dance on May 17 — which explored the 90s Chicago Bulls dynasty and the team’s final championship run against the Utah Jazz before the team split up.

After a grueling battle, the Bulls closed out the series in Game 6, 87-86, winning their sixth NBA championship in eight years. — The team’s second 3-peat. By no surprise, MJ won Finals MVP.
That was the last dance. After the iconic win, Phil Jackson was replaced as head coach (he was asked back by Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf, but said he needed a break); MJ went back into retirement; Scottie Pippen was traded; Dennis Rodman was released; Steve Kerr was traded.
Despite going into his second retirement, Jordan admitted in a confessional in present day that he would have returned on a 1-year contract because he believed his Bulls, with Scottie, Dennis, Steve and Phil, could’ve won a 7th title.

“In ’98, [Bulls General Manager, Jerry] Krause already said at the beginning of the season, ‘Phil can go 82 and 0 and he’s never gonna be coach. And, when Phil said this was ‘the last dance’ it was the last dance,” Michael said. “We knew they weren’t going to keep the team. Now, they could’ve have nixed all of it in the beginning of ’98. Why say all of that in the beginning of ’98? If you ask all of the guys who won in ’98… ‘we’ll give you 1-year contracts to try for seven.’ Do you think they would’ve signed? — Yes, they would’ve signed. Would I have signed for 1-year? Yes, I would’ve signed for one year. I was signing 1-year contracts after that. Would Phil have done it, yes. Now Pip, you would’ve had to do some convincing. But, if Phil, MJ, and Dennis were gonna be there to win 7, Pip was not gonna miss out on that,” he explained.
Michael continued, “[In] ’91 and ’92 I was young, full of energy, hungry. In 98, winning six out of 8 and yet being just as dominant was you were in ’91, that’s where the craftsmanship came in. I think ’98 was much better than in any other years because of how I was able to use my mind as well as my body.”
“Was it then satisfying to leave, or was it maddening?” director Jason Hehir asks MJ in a present day confessional.
“No [I wasn’t satisfied],” Michael admitted. “It’s maddening because I felt  like we could’ve won 7 and I really believe that. We may not have, but man having just enough to be able to try, that’s just something I cant accept for whatever reason. I just can’t accept it.”
In the conclusion of episode 10, Steve Kerr explained that Phil held an emotional send off to close the chapter on the team’s last dance. He asked each player to bring in anything they wanted to write about what the team meant to them. They were going to read the papers out loud before burning them in a coffee can.
“I remember Michael actually wrote a poem… that day showed his compassion and empathy for us,” Kerr said. “It was a depth of emotional that you never knew he had,” Phil added.
“Phil had this knack, no matter how big you are, or how big you think you are, to always draw you in to be a part of the process. I wrote what I felt at the time,” Michael said. “We’re always going to be bonded. Say thanks for the past, enjoy the moment and let’s make sure we end it right.”
“When I look back, it’s very gratifying to come from Wilmington, North Carolina and never been in Chicago and that became my home, and became part of my history,” MJ said. “My passion on the basketball court should’ve been infectious because thats how I tried to play. I played for them. It started with hope. We went from a sh–ty team, to one of the all time best dynasties. All you needed was one little match to start that whole fire.”

Michael Jordan was brought to tears while reflecting on the close relationship he shared with his father, the late James R. Jordan Sr. He addressed his father’s murder and the speculation that it wasn’t a random act of violence.

James R. Jordan Sr. was the focus of the episodes 7 and 8 of The Last Dance. Michael Jordan‘s father was murdered at the age of 56 on July 23, 1993. “When she got worried, we all got worried,” Michael said about his mother Deloris Jordan’s reaction when James went missing. “He was golfing,” she said.

James was driving from Wilmington to Charlotte in North Carolina, when he pulled over on the side of the highway to nap in his car. While he slept, James was shot in the chest and killed during a botched robbery, according to the Chicago Tribune. His body was dumped in a swamp in McColl, South Carolina. On August 13, 1993, his body was found in a creek between the border of North and South Carolina.

At the beginning of episode 7, Jordan became emotional during an interview with director Jason Hehir about the type of relationship he had with his father. “He’s a voice of reason that always drove and challenged me. That’s the type of father I had,” Michael said. “Like a friend?” Hehir asked. “Yeah, like a friend,” Michael assured as he fought back tears.

Michael and James were very close. He attended every Chicago Bulls game he could and was by Michael’s side when he won his first championship with the Bulls in 1991. Everyone from his friends, to his colleagues and loved ones could attest to the strong bond the duo had — especially when it came to the advice James would give to Michael, who took every word to heart.
“He was my rock. We were very close. He constantly gave me advice,” Michael said, recalling, “I remember in 9th grade, I was suspended three times in one year. He pulled me aside that summer and said, ‘You’re not headed in the right direction.’  — That’s all I needed to hear. It was like tunnel vision. I never got in trouble from that point on.”
Michael’s close friend, Ahmad Rashad added, “He had a very strong influence on Michael’s life. He was a wonderful, positive man.”
August 15, 1993: James’ funeral.
“I can remember flying into North Carolina,” Rashad recalled. “Michael couldn’t tie his tie and I had to tie the tie for him. That moment was so hard.”
“We were all together and it was devastating, but it was about support,” Michael said, recalling, “My mother was so strong and the first thing she said was, ‘You gotta be thankful,’ and I started to look at the positives,” he explained about how his mentality shifted after his father’s death. “If you have to take a negative, turn it into a positive. So I started to look to the other side of it, and that helped me get through it.”
At his father’s funeral, Michael spoke about the kind of father James was, and how he was also a friend, Deloris said, adding that Michael said he shared things with James that he wouldn’t with anyone else.
Not long after the senseless murder, speculation rose that James’ death was connected to Michael’s gambling, which led to other theories blaming Michael for his father’s death.
“It did hurt, but you had people throwing darts who wanted to hurt me anyway,” Michael said, explaining, “It wasn’t the people that loved me, it was the people who were tired of me being on top.”
August 21, 1993: MJ addresses his basketball future after his father’s death.
“I haven’t even thought about basketball… so right now everything is tentative from this point on,” he said. But, Michael was done.

“At that time we were coming off three championships. I fulfilled my responsibility to the city, the Bulls, my teammates,” he recalled. “I told [coach] Phil [Jackson], I said, ‘I’m done. I have no more challenges, no more motivation.’ I was just done.”
Ironically, news of his retirement broke on October 5, 1993, when he was at Game 1 of the American League Championship Series between the Blue Jays and White Sox. Michael threw the ceremonial first pitch before he retreated to the owner’s box.
The next day, Michael announced his (first) retirement from the NBA during a press conference — which a reporter said looked like “the last supper.” A smiling MJ sat at a table with NBA commissioner, David Stern, Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf, GM Jerry Krause, and coach Phil Jackson as they announced the news of his retirement. Michael said he was “at peace” with his decision to retire. “100 percent. I felt ready,” he admitted.
But, nobody could rationalize WHY he would walk away from the game. That’s when rumors started to emerge that MJ’s retirement was a secret 18-month suspension handed down by David Stern. — A myth that went on for years.

“The urban legend… it was ridiculous,” Stern said. “There was no basis and fact… it’s just not true. Never was and never will be no matter how many times people ask the question.”
Michael denied the rumor as well, and explained that he needed a break after his father’s murder. “That is not true. There’s no truth to that.. I needed a break, my father just passed and I’m retired,” he said.

Michael recalled his last conversation with his father. “We were debating about me playing baseball. He said, ‘Do it, do it,’ because that’s what he got me started on.”
February, 1994: The Chicago White Sox extend an invitation to Michael to join their major league camp in Sarasota.
After a mediocre career with the Birmingham Barons, the Double-A affiliate team of the White Sox, MJ returned to the NBA on March 18, 1995. He announced his return in a two-word press release: “I’m back.”
1996 NBA Finals: Bulls Vs. Seattle Supersonics:

“Mom I know he’s there. He watches, he sees,” Deloris recalled her son telling her about his late father during the grueling series.
Game 6, the Bulls win the series with a final score of 87-75. This marked Michael’s 4th championship and the 4th time he was named Finals MVP. It was June 16 — Father’s Day.

After celebrating with the Bulls, he went into the locker room and fell to the ground, face-down. The episode ended with him hysterically crying over the bittersweet win, dedicated to his father.

“Well, I can’t even put it in words. My father … I know he’s watching… This is for daddy,” MJ said in the post-game.

Michael Jordan never had a gambling problem, despite the longtime narrative that hit its tipping point in 1993 after a quick trip to Atlantic City. Jordan addressed the latter in ‘The Last Dance,’ and admitted what his real problem is.

The only thing Michael Jordan bet on was himself, he admitted in ESPN’s The Last Dance documentary on May 3. In episode 6, the NBA icon finally addressed one of the biggest controversies of his career — his gambling. MJ’s love for friendly wagers has always been a topic of discussion in his career, but, it became a public controversy after a night (May 24, 1993) in Atlantic City with his father, the late James R. Jordan Sr. — The same night Michael and his Chicago Bulls lost to the New York Knicks in a physical Game 2 of the 1993 NBA Eastern Conference Finals.

“My father said, ‘Let’s get away from New York City. Lets you and I go to Atlantic City.’ We got a limo,” Jordan recalled. “We went and gambled for a couple hours, we came back. Everybody went totally ballistic. ‘Hey, he was in a casino last night.’ It wasn’t late. We got home by 12:30, 1 o’clock,” he insisted, although media reports claimed he was out and about until much later.

Michael was known to enjoy golf outings and card games where he’d wager with friends. What was harmless to him, was detrimental to his career, image and reputation, according to media and critics. Around the same time, Richard Esquinas, former general manager of the San Diego Sports Arena, authored, Michael & Me: Our Gambling Addiction. The book alleged that MJ owed him $1.2 million over a bet.

“Yeah, Richard Esquinas,” Jordan said in the doc, addressing book head-on. “We met from a third party, you know I’m actually playing golf with people all the time now. And if they wanna gamble, we gamble. The character of those individuals I find out later, what kind of people I was playing with, I learned that lesson. But the act of gambling? I didn’t do anything wrong.”

After he was scrutinized in the media, Jordan went radio silent in the press. The usually charismatic and playfully sarcastic MJ refused to repeatedly defend himself for not doing anything wrong. His quick getaway to AC did not violate league or team rules, or the law. NBA commissioner at the time, David Stern even admitted that he didn’t find Michael’s actions to be extreme enough for him to intervene.

MJ finally broke his media silence after 14 days in an interview with his longtime friend, Ahmad Rashad during the 1993 NBA Finals. Rashad flat out asked him about his alleged gambling problem. Meanwhile, MJ was wearing a pair of tinted black shades and a silver chain.

“I don’t have a gambling problem,” Jordan said before listing the things that would’ve been going on in his life if he did. “If I did, “I’d, be starving… my wife would’ve left me… my kids would be starving… Soon, whenever I walk away from this game, I think that’s the only thing that people are going to say was a bad thing about Michael Jordan.”

In a separate past interview from around the same time, Jordan was asked about his gambling. He responded with the real issue: “I have a competition problem, a competitive problem.” He hated to lose at all costs — even the casual sports fan would know that about him.

A present-day Michael maintained that he never had a gambling problem.

“I never bet on games — I only bet on myself,” Jordan said. “You know, that was golf. Do I like to play blackjack? Yeah, I like playing blackjack. There’s no laws with that. And the league did call me, and they asked questions about it, you know, and I told them exactly what was happening.”

After his interview with Rashad, Jordan proved that public scrutiny and his off the court actions didn’t affect his performance. Of course, Jordan and the Bulls went on to win Game 3 and swept the rest of the series against the Knicks, which led their third championship ring for the dynasty — a repeat 3-peat. Sounds like a competitive problem to us.

Episode 6 of The Last Dance also chronicled the globalization of Michael Jordan as a brand and a cultural icon. Past footage showed him opening up about the trials and tribulations of being the most famous athlete in the world. Despite the fame, love and money, it wasn’t easy to be Michael Jordan, especially in his prime.

“It’s funny — a lot of people say they want to be Michael Jordan for a day, or for a week. But let them try to be Michael Jordan for a year and see if they like it,” he said, repeatedly while filming a commercial in the episode’s opening.
ESPN will air two new episodes of Michael Jordan’s The Last Dance every Sunday at 9 p.m. ET until May 17. Be sure to check back at HollywoodLife for weekly recaps.

King Chip – If I Die Today Lyrics (feat. Scarface, Papa Reu & MJG)

[Verse 1: Scarface]
If I die today
Bury me face down, f**k it
Tell the whole world to kiss my ass and post it
I ain’t feared nothing, ain’t shit for discussion
All my enemies I’ll meet in hell when I touch it
Yo mama, I’m good now, nothing left to cry for
All I ever had I gave so nothing’s left to die for
Eye for an eye or necks full of bloodshed
I heard the gunshots yet I am not dead
And I am not scared, what’s on the other side?
That remains for me to see, now motherf**ker die
That’s why I shot again plus this was not my friend
And you can never underestimate the hearts of men
Please forgive me father, God, for I have sinned
The poster child for those who’d fallen because I am him
The voice for every ghetto boy cause I am him
So if I die today f**k the world, play the violin

[Hook]
If I die today, done paid my dues
Lot of them try but can’t walk in my shoes
If I die today, I know that I was a G
No matter how you try, boy, you can’t be me
If I die today, straight up general in the street
Respect the G code and they respecting me
If I die today I will be happy

[Verse 2: King Chip]
King Chip already die before I flatlined in Georgia, ho
Asthma attack bout 10 years old, they caught that in time but we said no
Told them shot me one more time, one more time was all it took
Niggas tried to play me my whole life but King Chip is living, look
I pay all my momma bills, that’s what real kings do
I’m independent and free, bitch nigga, I don’t need you
If I die and die tonight my son is gonna get some checks
Niggas who try to hate on me will all of a sudden pay respect
f**k the world eternally, y’all lied to me about the Lord
What the f**k am I supposed to believe, go ahead and pour the core
Dull nigga I ain’t never tell you no f**k, King Chip ain’t wrapped too tight
Safe land niggas don’t travel the world well my own thugs, I take them flights
Stayed up so many nights thinking about why the f**k I’m here
Maybe it’s to show the world that King Chip is up in here
‘Fore I die I ask the world worship my son
I ain’t gonna let y’all have the pleasure of killing their king, bitch, give me that gun

[Hook]

[Verse 3: MJG]
If I die today, oh f**k it, just party slamming
Into the dirt, my next concert just hologram me
I’m pimp tight, MJ if I die now
Don’t stop hustling, don’t let it bring your high down
If I die today then bury me inside the liquor store
Then make sure you bury me with at least a fifth or more
I’m happy, boy, do I look like I’m sad now?
You big, but do you really think you bad now?
If I die today, shit, go and throw a party for it
Cause this little spot I got, I know somebody’s starving for it
And even though I know my family’s feelings are important
If I got to go, I’m in a blaze, I’m a do it, tell my momma I was sorry for it
This is not a story, this a page in my obituary
Closed casket, go and get my picture ready
If I die today I’ll leave a not in my pocket saying
Get your hands out my pockets, nigga, I ain’t playing!

[Hook]

Cadell – Wicked & Wild Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Man are wicked and wicked and wild
Dem man are cats, I can never ticket and smile
Me, different child
I would leave one set of clothes in three different piles
Supposed to put ’em in the washing machine
But I was out on the road for a million miles
MJ, I’m Thriller and Bad
Four siblings but I’m the uncivilest child
Nuttin’ ain’t free so I went and put the rate up
Want a garden with acres
Couldn’t have a 9 to 5, that’s just not the case
If I didn’t bill it, I stayed up
Take a look at me, bitch, I stayed up
Running your mouth till your mouth got taped up
I ain’t looking back at slavery
Rep for the new age and it pays me
Now look how it panned out
Make a move and laugh, get the dank out
Laugh in your face and laugh to the bank, proud
You don’t wanna get man down
See, you’ve gotta be unique to stand out
Two sheets, one fag and a bud
Got me feeling like man of the month
f**k man of the month, I’m man of the decade
Bob Marley, one man, two zeggaes

[Hook]
Wicked and wicked and wild
Wicked and wild, wicked and wicked and wild
Wicked and wicked and wild

[Verse 2]
Listen, anything I do, I put my heart in, right or wrong
I never came through biting songs or biting flows
None of your team could ever last a load
Smoke you in two days, half an O
Feed the wisdom, let me start the quotes
Yard, cars and boats, pound coins and notes
They’re good boys at home but badboys on road
And that’s just never interesting
They’re never improving, never investing
Us man never stop rolling and we never stop smoking
It’s never been a dead ting
At times, my head spins like I’m wrestling
They say chill cause I’m gonna do my chest in
But I’m in a yard that I’ve never been a guest in
And I’m in a scene that no one’s the best in
So how can you talk about starving us?
Do your research, I ain’t just starting up
I cause trouble in the street like my barking cuz
And it’s trouble in the street if you start with Sus

[Hook]

Gers Pardoel – Zweef Lyrics

(chorus)
High class, high fashion (fashion)
Ik heb weer wat nieuwe E-lights
Nieuwe gadgets, ben op heenreis
Maar die terugreis hoeft niet (hoeft niet per se)
Want ik voel me zo goed hier

Astronauten verzorgen mijn pony’s(pony’s)

(chorus)
Ik ben hier boven jou, over jou
En ik zweef, ik zweef, ik zweef
Ik ben hier boven jou, over jou
En ik zweef, ik zweef, ik zweef
AUWWWW!

(chorus)

Aston Merrygold – Get Stupid lyrics

Don’t bring that bad day with ya’
Leave it at the door
It’s a cold blooded killer
Take it out for sure
Take a look at it nine to five
That’s what we gon’ do

[Pre-Chorus]
Let’s not complicate it
Trouble making
What’s the point if you can’t celebrate?
Let the good times multiply
Just me and you, yeah

Gonna tell ya’ now
Let me tell ya’ now
Let me tell ya’ now
Wow!

[Chorus]
Here’s an invitation to the whole wide world
From your brother to your sister to your best friend’s girl
Can’t excuse it
No excuses
Everybody get stupid
Unpredictable, erratic
Never stuck in static
Once you get it then you won’t let go
Don’t call it foolish
I say it’s coolish
Everybody get stupid

MJ thriller
Outta control
Keep ’em guessing like Riddler
Edward Nigma
But it’s not that hard to find
It’s all about you

[Pre-Chorus]
Let’s not complicate it
Trouble making
What’s the point if you can celebrate?
Let the good times multiply
Just me and you, yeah

Gonna tell ya now
Let me tell ya now
Let me tell ya now
Wow

If you got money in your pocket
It don’t mean nothing
If you ain’t where it is
If you ain’t where it is
If you ain’t got a mister
I’ll dance with ya til it’s late
Let ’em in
Til it’s late let ’em in
Til it’s late
Oh til it’s late
Til it’s late

Off the porch with the .45

Fashawn – Proud

[Intro]
Let’s do some history, who is Malcolm X?
A fighter for freedom
George Washington Carver?
A scientist
Shirley Chisholm?
First black congress woman
Mary McLeod Bethune?
An educator
Marian Anderson?
An opera singer
Duke Ellington?
A jazz composer

[Verse 1]
What about the life of Marcus Garvey, we all know Martin
Wouldn’t have your light, if it wasn’t for my darkness
Blacker than the panther on the jacket of Huey P. Newton
And Bobby Seale, a few of us rotten still
We built this country off blood and sweat
Tear drops and pick cotton in mud we step
Momma Harriet Tubman was a woman so real
Only woman in history with a face on a bill
Besides Hillary Clinton, who we speak of America
Original man yet they treat us inferior
I put that on the soul of Nat Turner
The memory of Sojourner
And the others no longer with us
I’m admittin’ I’m black and I’m proud

[Chorus]
Sing it loud
Sing it loud
I’m black and I’m proud
Sing it loud
Sing it loud

[Verse 2]
Brother Clarence 13X was a hero to me
Felt like a Five Percenter was the thing to be
In the wild wild west I still pray to the east
MJ on the speakers MJ’s on my feet
Before Mike and Mayweather came Muhammad Ali
Only difference between ‘em, he did it with dignity
Doctor Carter G. Woodson, found black history
Doctor Vivien Thomas, the first heart surgery
Kwame Ture used to be Stokely Carmichael
Bagged Mariam Makeba definitely was a leader
In his own right ‘Keba was diva in her own light
Before ‘Yonce married Jay, Ashanti, Brandy
Keyshia Cole, Lauryn Hill if you’re speaking soul
I fell in love with TLC when I was three years old
Angela Davis bailed out by a Fresnan
It was about community wasn’t about complexion
Elijah and Fard, they were writin’ for Allah
Pictures of Bob Marley and Selassie on my wall
‘Til the day they free [?], Max B, and Bobby Shmurda
We all on trial eminently since a child
I’m black and I’m proud

[Chorus]
Sing it loud
Sing it loud
I’m black and I’m proud
Sing it loud
Sing it loud

Mobb Deep – Greatness

[Intro]

[Verse 1]
Ain’t no mistaken on the position we placin’
We placed with a certain ambition that got’em amped and they wishin’
That these opportunities maybe served like dishes with some persistence
We made these misses into missions with no inter-missions
The vision is met precision precisely u cannot stop that collision
I’ll say it nicely like aright G my mic be my weapon of mass destruction
Or mass Construction while your ass on umption whether he’s about make
To make an eruption or is he gone stop no he’s gone pop and that’s word to MJ
He the king of that bring it back but I ain’t talking bout that line though
I’m talking bout the time I’m already let for the track na,na,na!gimme that
Lemme show you how I beat the beat now be decease I mean cease thee
Don’t let me bring the heat cause you could feel it even in the sea
So stop with ya A’s an B’s now watch me Double the these syllables
And kill these words like Disyllable Diabolical but enough with all
The dying we gotta live it up like the Mayans Da Prodigy is just tryin’
So this is just ah minor fraction of what I got in my mind and u niggas
Need to get your timing before u step to clock less now watch us just watch us!
Hold up I got this now pick it up pick pocket flow with it an don’t stop it
Don’t stop it cause if ya drop it you gone remember that ya had it
So just watch me have it Da Prodigy boy Team Infamous and we have this like

[Hook]
Uuuhhh this is greatness an you know it my team show it and we glowin’
Cause we focus like like uuuhhh this is greatness so be patient
Cause our patience is gone make it now watch me take it like like
Uuuhhh this is greatness an you know it my team show it and we glowin
Cause we focus like like uuuhhh this is greatness so be patient
Cause our patience is gone make it now watch me take it like like

[Verse 2]
You have no idea I spit it then I rip it and I gotta give it more
Catch me on the go try to catch a flow while I strike a pose that’s right
I’m hitting any poser if they come closer right in the nose then I gotta show
That I’m two of the best cause I’m too good for one of the best now watch me lay
The competition to rest because I’m restless or maybe that’s just my big ego
Cause he know I always win but I never really blow now that’s what we call dry air
And until I’m air to the throne I’mma just take my time be on my grind young
Gotta homie feeling like 99.1 I’m done

Dawn – LA (feat. Trombone Shorty)

[Hook]
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me

[Verse]
Lemonade lakes in the plaza
In the Chevy, going 90 down La Brea
It’s wavy ’cause that shit don’t matter
MJ on the radio, so we blast that, MJ on the radio
Niggas always chasin’ answers
We just wanna know, if we really matter, we just wanna know

[Pre-Hook]
We thought we was above it all
‘Cause we been friends since Wayne was a hot boy
He said we should keep drivin’
For the sake of survivin’, now we hot, boy

[Pre-Hook]
We thought we was above it all
‘Cause we been friends since Wayne was a hot boy
He said we should keep drivin’
For the sake of survivin’, now we hot, boy

[Hook]
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me

[Pre-Hook]
We thought we was above it all
‘Cause we been friends since Wayne was a hot boy
He said we should keep drivin’
For the sake of survivin’, now we hot, boy

[Hook]
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me

[Hook]
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me
These LA streets are killin’ me

Nicki Minaj – Changed It (feat. Lil Wayne)

[Verse 1: Lil Wayne]
I did it for everybody out here on their own
I did it for the ones who walk a mile in them cages
And never tell me no
Come get me when I fall, and tell me when I’m wrong
But you should know I bought ’em
I changed it, I changed it
They say that shit the same, it ain’t the same, though
I changed it, I changed it

[Chorus: Lil Wayne]
Oh my god, I changed it
Oh my god, they on the same shit
Oh my god, I changed it
Oh my god, they still on the same shit
You can’t say nothin’, you can’t say nothin’
You end up everywhere you say you wasn’t
Is that your boyfriend? Why you say that’s your cousin?
I don’t do handshakes, that shit disgusts me

[Verse 2: Nicki Minaj]
The big 3 on the court, bitch hit them bleachers
I don’t wanna have to break bad like it screeches
A bitch out in Atlanta eating them peaches
A bitch got more bars than where Big Meech is
No, you can’t bone it, nigga, ain’t no Lisa here
She gon’ dread dissin’ Nicki like Lisa hair
I buy, lil nigga, ain’t no leaser here
The bitch gambled her career, now it’s gon’ be severe
I ain’t just be watchin’ bitches pitfalls
Stop doin’ pills, but bitch don’t withdrawals
I am in my mission rockin’ pink drawers
I leveled up, bitch, I switch flows
MJ to the teens, I am Billie Jean and them bitches my sons
I’m doin’ it for fun, I am the first number, tell them bitches I won
This hoe gettin’ slick, so I put on gym shoes and extended my run
MJ, game 6, Jackson, Tyson

[Pre-Chorus: Nicki Minaj]
Quiet dog, my phone changed up
I’m icin’ all my Barbie chains up
And when I come, get your change cup
These bum bitches never change up

[Chorus: Lil Wayne]
Oh my god, I changed
Oh my god, they on the same
Oh my god, I changed
Oh my god, they still on the same
You can’t say nothin’, you can’t say nothin’
You end up everywhere you say you wasn’t
Is that your boyfriend? Why you say that’s your cousin?
I don’t do handshakes, that shit disgusts me

[Verse 3: Lil Wayne]
No more CMB shit, I changed it
Young Money shit, Mula Gang shit
Different hoes doing the same shit
Poppin’ pills, we don’t know where the pain went
Lit like high beams, sippin’ on my lean
Rippin’ off my wings, knife out my spleen
Yeah, Carter time, I put bling on for the time
She changed her ringtone to one of mine, I changed 23s to 45s
Lil Tune like autotune, I get in her throat and she harmonize
She get the D and ooh la la la, and when she leave, I kumbaya
I whip it up with the left hand, I don’t fuck with the yes man
I get younger by the second, I don’t rust like Def Jam
It’s a must I expand, and flex on my ex-team
Have sex on my jet ski, text my chef, told ’em "Let’s beef"
Changing girls, change is fine
She don’t like girls, change her mind
Change the world, change my line
Never ever change my slimes
Changing looks, changing lies, changing skies, changing lanes
Me, Minaj, and Champagne changed the game
And y’all chump change
I’m just sayin’

[Pre-Chorus: Nicki Minaj]
Quiet dog, my phone changed up
I’m icin’ all my Barbie chains up
And when I come, get your change cut
These bum bitches never change up

[Chorus: Lil Wayne]
Oh my god, I changed
Oh my god, they still on the same
Oh my god, I changed
Oh my god, they still on the same
You can’t say nothin’, you can’t say nothin’
You end up everywhere you say you wasn’t
Is that your boyfriend? Why you say that’s your cousin?
I don’t do handshakes, that shit disgusts me
Oh my god, I changed
Oh my god, they on the same
Oh my god, I changed
Oh my god, they still on the same
You can’t say nothin’, you can’t say nothin’
You end up everywhere you say you wasn’t
Is that your boyfriend? Why you say that’s your cousin?
I don’t do handshakes, that shit disgusts me

[Outro: Lil Wayne]
Mula, Mula Gang
Mula, Mula Gang
Mula Gang, Gang, Gang
That your boyfriend? That shit disgusts me

Jeremih – Planez (feat. J. Cole)

[Intro]
This one goes out to all sides world wide
Let that playa ass nigga Thumpy be your guide
As we go on a ride where playa hatin’ killers and hood niggas thrive
And lame mah’fuckers can barely survive

[Verse 1: Jeremih]
Catch me rollin’ through the city, ridin’ with the top off
Man, my whip so big when you in it, fuck around and get lost
Told my bitch to let her hair down, what this shit cost?
Tell me, baby, if you ’bout that life right now, I hope it ain’t talk, no

[Bridge: Jeremih]
I can put you in the Mile High Club, what’s up? Let’s take a trip
Have you ever read "The World Is Yours" on a blimp?

[Pre-Hook: Jeremih]
Tell her be free, baby spread your wings
Got your legs in the sky like a plane, let me guide that, I’m the pilot
Can’t nobody see you, 30 thousand feet
On your knees in them Prada’s, makin’ freaky shit come up out her

[Hook: Jeremih]
Get high baby roll one, cloud nine ’bout to go up
Lovin’ the feelin’ the turbulence get when we turn up
When we land we can roll out
Show you somethin’ you ain’t know about
Tonight we be takin’ off flight with a camera to show out

[Verse 2: Jeremih]
I got you in the air, your body in the air, how it feel up here?
You can scream as loud as you want, loud as you can
And ain’t nobody gonna hear
Would you like it better if I hit the west coast?
Tell me, if you ’bout that life right now, I hope it ain’t talk

[Bridge: Jeremih]
I can put you in the Mile High Club, what’s up? Let’s take a trip
Have you ever read "The World Is Yours" on a blimp?

[Verse 3: J. Cole]
Cole World, I got it, I got it, I got it, listen
You need a nigga that’s gon’ come over and dig you out
You need a nigga that you know is not gon’ run his mouth
You need a nigga when he done probably gon’ put you out
You need a nigga that’s gon’ put it in your mouth
Dick so big it’s like a foot is in yo’ mouth
And y’ain’t babysitting, but my kids all on yo’ couch
And oh, you nasty, oh, oh, you nasty
Both graduated so fuck keepin’ it classy
Look, they love me in the Chi like MJ
They love me in the Chi like Oprah
No nigga could block, not even Dikembe
Compared to Cole, boy, you’re softer than a sofa
And so far my new shit’s so fire, nigga, check my profile
Who you know make waves in the low tide?
Deebo’ed yo’ bitch, now she both ours
Nigga, little brown liquor in my liver, pretty brown thing in my bed
Been a long time since I had to ask for head, so god damn don’t make me beg
But I will if I need to cuh for real, girl, I need you
I could put you on a flight, we could take off tonight
If you scared of heights, shit I got a pill I could feed you, Cole

[Bridge: Jeremih]
I can put you in the Mile High Club, what’s up? Let’s take a trip

Kanye West – All Of The Lights (feat. Rihanna & Drake)

[Intro]
All of the lights
all of the lights
all of the lights
all of the lights

[Drake]
Alright it’s on
I grew up thinking I was wrong
and always said that if they let me in the b-tch
I’d do some damage
I might be out of mind
but if I am it’s just in time
because I got the extra nation so you f-cking understand it man
I’m already show you n-gga what I

[Kanye West]
Something wrong
I hold my head
MJ gone, that n-gga dead
I slapped my girl, she called the feds
I did that time and spent that bread
I’m heading home, I’m almost there
I’m on my way, heading up the stairs
to my surprise, a n-gga replacing me
I had to take em to that ghetto university

[Chorus]
all of the lights
lights, flash lights, spot lights
strobe lights, street lights
all of the lights
all of the lights
flash lights, strobe lights
thug lights, rock lights
stripper lights
(all of the lights)

[Kanye West]
Restraining order
can’t see my daughter
her mother, brother, grandmother hate me in that order
public visitation
we met at Borders
told her she take me back
I’ll be more supportive
I made mistakes
I bump my head
courts suck me dry
I spent that bread
she need a daddy
baby please, can’t let her grow up in that ghetto university

[Chorus]
all of the lights
lights, flash lights, spot lights
strobe lights, street lights
all of the lights
all of the lights
flash lights, strobe lights
thug lights, rock lights
stripper lights
(all of the lights)

Ab-Soul – Beat the Case /// Straight Crooked Lyrics

[Part 1: Beat the Case]

[Verse 1: Ab-Soul]
Doeburger!
Head swingin’ like Rambo, he be spittin’ like he pullin’ triggers
Make a enemigo an example
(And I bet I beat the case)
Lot of guys with the gavels, look em’ right up in they face
While a nigga under oath, plead the fifth, then ask if I can smoke
Burnin’ dirty money but I keep a little something for the clean escape
And the rainy day after
Don’t forget a nigga live where the heat wave at ya
And ya safe ain’t safe
And heat don’t wave back but life is cold that way
Ay man

[Hook: Ab-Soul]
All I do is beat the case
All I do is beat the case
All I do is beat it, beat it, beat it
Like a runaway slave
Get your king popped, MJ, I’m dangerous, keep away
The doctors say what an odd autopsy
All I do is beat the case

[Verse 3: Ab-Soul]
Let me set the record straight
You got 10 commandments, 33 amendments over 20,000 laws
Raise your hand if you think you’ll beat the case
Motherfuck a Bill of Rights
I need a bill of Miller’s ?
Phenergan up in my sprite
I ain’t sippin’ Miller Lite
I like to say my lighter white
Lit the spliff and went to space
Then I’m playin’ with the white
What an interracial day
I made her write a different light
Got gerped up by the jakes
Had the work tucked, guns in the truck
Licenses suspended, but remember–

[Hook: Ab-Soul](x2)
All I do is beat the case

[Part 2: Straight Crooked]

[Verse 1: Ab-Soul]
Ruffled up a couple feathers when I called Barack a puppet show
Now that Trump is POTUS I know this election is just another Muppet Show
That ain’t even none of my business though
Whatever’s your cup of tea
Even lil’ Niemah voted for Hillary
I’m a entity, never mind my identity
My king Slim hit me with a quote that sticked with me
A criminal’s best asset is his liability
(That was crazy, lie-ability)
Do What Thou Wilt nigga (Soul!)
Cause these niggas a have you swim across a ocean just to drown you in a lake
I had to be a little crooked just to make sure I was straight
Word, word yea
Make sure I was straight
I had to be a little crooked just to make sure I was straight
Don’t (?)
The righteous will remain righteous and the filthy will remain filthy
In a sense, we all guilty

B.o.B – Uncomfortable (Elements Album)

[Hook]
My creator
My creator, my creator, my… creator
Yah!
My creator, my creator
My creator, my creator, my…creator
Yah!

[Verse 1]
My creator said I’mma forever love ya
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
My creator dun’t never hold grudges
My creator only one could ever judge me
My creator of conscious was here first
If I’m not conscious the universe was birth
My favorite plant in the dirt
But how that make something illegal that grow up out the earth?

[Hook]
My creator, my creator
Did you ever get the prayers?
A few of us just had a couple questions for ya
A few of us just wanna ask you for a favor

[Verse 2]
My creator you gon’ sit around and watch?
My creator you can make all of this stop
You ever notice for a second we in trouble?
You probably think that we all just a bunch of fuck ups
If you was human, what would be your skin color?
Why you let them take MJ from us?
Why you ain’t tell MLK take cover?
My creator I’m really starting to wonder
My creator

[Hook]
My creator, my creator, my creator, my… creator
My creator, my, my creator
My creator, my creator, my… creator
Yah!

[Verse 3]
Oh shit, this like the part in The Matrix when he take the red pill and he wake up and go ape shit
They told us we evolved on some ape shit
But I guarantee ya Charles Darwin was a Mason, damn
They like you humans so peculiar
You just appeared after a big bang of gas and started fumin’ together to make life
Don’t need to think twice
There’s nothin’ bout you special. You basically sand mites
On this tiny fuckin’ speck of dirt called Earth
The only sign of life in the entire Universe
Oh and every star’s a billion, trillion miles away
So how the fuck we got a picture of the Milky Way?
Bam

[Outro]
My fellow Americans, we have just discovered a new planet
Uhh.. Although we spent dozens and dozens of years researching and billions and billions of tax payers money researching space and exploring space science, we just saw this planet. We overlooked it. It was hiding behind a blackhole or something, I don’t know. But.. but, uhh.. here, he- here are the images
Where are the images? You got the images?

So, here, here are the images clearly as you can see
It’s about 8 light years away. Uh.. how do we have pictures?
Uh.. We have, we have super fast, we have million mile internet. Faster than anything Earth has seen, but we just use it for to explore space
Uh.. but I tell ya, yanno you can look at these pictures yourself
We got all the planets. Uh.. but theres nothing out there
I mean, HA! I tell ya, there’s nothing out there
Yanno we’re gonna keep spending money and keep looking
We’re gonna keep sending cameras into space
We’re gonna keep sending fucking astronauts into space
We’re going to keep going out there and keep sending back CGI
Pictures – I mean, cough cough…
We’re gonna keep sending back pictures
Just to let you guys know you’re alone
You’re alone
And you’re insignificant creatures
Signing off

AJ Tracey & MJ Cole – The Rumble letras

[Verse 1: AJ Tracey]
We’ve got the city locked down
Everybody wants to copy our sound
Left of the map, left of the compass
Got the vibes on the roads that’ll lick a man down
Young bruddas got the energy locked
Got the remedy stocked and the melody’s strong
Good vibes, gotta keep the enemies gone
Any bad vibes, man will get their enemies boxed
L-O-N, fam, the city’s on top
We could bring it to your city on top
Tryna aim a lyric here? Long shot
You ain’t part of the gang, you’re lost
You ain’t been team, fam or squaddy
Netflix, catch some joke but no Corrie
Girls send me snaps of kitty like Yo Gotti
"AJ, what’s your next move?" Man, don’t worry

[Hook: AJ Tracey]
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon

[Post-Hook: AJ Tracey]
It’s the rumble
It’s the rumble

[Verse 2: AJ Tracey]
We’ve got the city on smash
Make tunes, we make moves and make cash
Real dudes, we don’t move with fake crabs
Get yats who put gash in our cabs
Model tings and their friends at our gaff
Your sound, it’s all forced, you’re all wack
Your bars, they can’t stand on my track
Got road bars, potent bars for my cats
L-O-N, fam, the city’s too real
We could bring it to your city, we’re ill
Tryna make it for my bruddas, that’s trill
Get nicked? I’m a mute, I don’t squeal
My flow’s bananas, you can’t peel
I turn up just like the limitless pill
AJ and MJ, we’re like steel
I’m a new school brudda with an old school feel

[Hook: AJ Tracey]
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon

[Post-Hook: AJ Tracey]
It’s the rumble
It’s the rumble

[Verse 3: AJ Tracey]
We’ve got the city, it’s ours
Young bruddas in some really fast cars
Pretty women in their knickers and bras
Dark parties full of liquors and bars
Don’t copy, be yourself, it’s calm
Youth’s out, better ring the alarm
Positivity, not every day arms
Running riot with a bottle in my palm
Four wings, I paid for one less
Now I’m grinning teeth all because the bossman’s blessed
Reached 21, I passed that test
Never wanted to enhance Mum’s stress
Now I’m touring round the world, it’s vibes
Tryna earn, I wanna bring my guys
Couple yatties and a drink, we’re nice
Love my city, love my Gs, love life

[Hook: AJ Tracey]
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon

[Hook: AJ Tracey]
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon
London, it’s the jungle
It’s the rumble but we function
It’s the mandem, it’s the truncheon
It’s the bassline, it’s the dungeon

[Outro: AJ Tracey]
It’s the rumble

Pusha T – H.G.T.V. letras

Half a year later, still ain’t heard an album greater
The natives want me out of the office, back on the pavement
Jokers at the top know the king is nothin’ to play with
9 to 5 money is just as sweet as the grave shift
El presidenté, Blowbama, blow by ya
Chopper next to me in every picture, Osama
Oh mama, they question my starting line up
You only find a diamond from diggin’ like coal miners
Don’t listen to ’em, Desiigner
The same rappers talkin’ next year will be Uber drivers (Fuck ’em)
Chanel dad hats, but you don’t know that they got ’em
Trap door shopper, they rotate the wall
So you will never see me as you rotate the mall
330 spin, cook a steak up on this grill
Me myself and I, we like a hamster in the wheel
Rolls emblem, Black Virginian
Pull in a neighborhood I don’t blend in
Album of the year contender every year
The kitchen’s full of work, it’s blenders everywhere
Blended bitches everywhere that do the most
They never seen with him so they fuck his ghost
Invisible man, timepiece with the invisible hands
MJ, remember the time they counted in sand hourglass
But mine come with purse and heels
And the DIY Gucci with the crest and shields
It’s too far gone when the realest ain’t real
I walk amongst the clouds so your ceilings ain’t real
These niggas Call of Duty cause their killings ain’t real
With a questionable pen so the feelin’ ain’t real
Rap’s John Grisham
I can paint the picture with the words if you listen (shh)
The bar’s been lowered, the well’s run dry
They beefin’ over melodies, but no, not I (yugh)
See I’m so top 5
If they factor in the truth I just might blow by
Blowbama

Kid Ink – Die In It letras

[Verse 1]
I came in with my level up
Watch them bitches kept that 4 page level up
Feeling like MJ with the glitter glove
Pimp slap a nigga wit a misses in the buff
Same city, I’m an LA citizen
With the bad bitches and that sticky-icky cinnabon
All I’m rollin’, they follow Mozes
You got the wave, I split the ocean
Smell the roses, pop the rosé with my potion
Baby chill, take a pill here’s a dosage
She just want a picture for the poster
And I’m posing like I’m praying at the photo doesn’t focus
Yeah, yeah, Dita frames, kill the glass
Say you shine, I don’t see it
Keep tryin’, no design like me though
Know that I’m the coolest nigga since Sub-Zero
I just need a..

[Hook]
Pool full of money, I’ma dive in it
I’m just tryna eat, no diet in it
Get her wet, then I dive in it
Pussy so good, I would die in it

[Verse 2]
All black widow maker
And a trunk in the back like a Winnebago
Wake up in the mornin’ and I lie in it
Turn around and I hit it like a lineman
Do the Heisman, all up in your hymen
Sippin’ on Tequilla sun rise with the lime in
I’m gettin’ high, but it’s lowerin’ my eye lids
Still see you niggas, I don’t know just what the hype is
Say you run the game, look more like a stroller, troller
What you gon’ do, what you doin’
Me and my dogs through the door like some Doberman
Stay inside your lane like bowling, you bogus
I need my way, young Carlito
This feelin’ Al Pacino in Moschino
And the marina my Emmy: Iggy Marino
Look how we pass the reefer
I just need a…

[Hook]
Pool full of money, I’ma dive in it
I’m just tryna eat, no diet in it
Get her wet, then I dive in it
Pussy so good, I would die in it

[Outro]
Okay, yeah, it’s Kid Ink
Aw yeah, aw yeah
Aw yeah, aw yeah
Aw yeah, aw yeah
I see them lookin’ through my side eye
They just sittin’ on the sideline
I stand up and throw my sign at them
Alumni I’ma die with them
