To promptly resolve and clarify issues about partial mobilization, a unified call center service 122 was activated in Russia, which has proven itself well during the period pandemic COVID-19. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko. The hotline began to work from September 22.
“In accordance with the decree of the President and on behalf of the Prime Minister, we will activate the hotline 122 to inform citizens on issues of partial mobilization. The service is deployed in all regions of the country and is ready to receive calls. Governors help organize the work of local hotline operators, — Chernyshenko said.
He also added that the government collects and fixes the most frequently asked questions of citizens and, together with the Ministry of Defense, prepares answers to them, Chernyshenko added.
“Answers to newly received questions will be provided as they are worked out, », — said the Deputy Prime Minister.
